Standard blind rivet
Standard rivets are blind rivets with a breaking mandrel. They are designed for the fastening, in a fast and simple way, of all kind of materials, when a especially high torque force is not needed. Bralo Standard Rivet is available in a wide range of diameters: from 2.4 mm to 7.8 mm., covering a wide grip range (from 0.8 mm to 185 mm). Along the same line, the variety of materials are huge and so are the finishing options; from lacquering to the different protective coatings, the customisation possibilities are infinite.
Multugrip rivet
Our Multigrip rivet is synonymous with versatility. Just with three sizes, Bralo Multigrip Rivet covers a gripe range of 1 to 20 mm. Consequently, a single rivet can be used to replace several standard rivets, reducing thus the rivets inventory. Due to its fastening feature of wide expansion on the blind side, the load and torque forces are well distributed. It is, therefore, especially suitable for working with plastics and thin metal sheets and it is often used for repairing. Bralo Multigrip Rivet ensures a homogeneous fastening, a firm and high quality joint that is resistant to all kinds of vibrations. Hardvex rivet
Our Hardvex rivet is synonymous with versatility. It is a fastener element made of an aluminium alloy that allows working with a great variety of grip ranges. Trebol rivet
Bralo Trebol Rivet is a break-mandrel blind rivet designed for the fastening, in a fast and simple way, of rigid materials to soft or low resistance materials. This rivet is provided with a big counter head in the shape of three double parts offering a large contact area on the blind side. This large expansion on the blind side distributes the load and the clamping force, reducing the risk of crushing and the material breaking. The S-Trebol version provides additional resistance to both traction and shear and can be used in oversized drills because its expansion is adaptable. It also has a neoprene washer that provides excellent sealing results. The S-Trebol rivet has the DIBt approval (Deutsches Institut Für Bautechnic).
Peeled rivet
Bralo Peel Rivet is a break-mandrel blind rivet designed for the fastening, in a fast and simple way, of rigid materials to soft materials or those with low resistance. The head of the mandrel is provided with edges that longitudinally cut the rivet body on the blind side. The rivet body is divided thus into four petals that bend outwards and come into contact with the material to be fastened, creating a locking head with a big diameter. This large expansion on the blind side distributes the load and the clamping force, reducing the risk of crushing and breaking of materials. Once the riveting process is finished, the head of the mandrel comes off leaving a central hole. Available in multiple finishes and epoxy paints.
Soft materials rivet
Bralo Soft Material Rivets are breaking-mandrel blind rivets. Their mandrel controlled force makes them ideal for the fastening of soft or brittle materials. They provide excellent torque values and are available in a 3.5 Aluminium / Magnesium alloy that increases their tensile and shear strengths.
Sealed rivet
The sealed rivets are break mandrel blind rivets that guarantee a solid and high quality fastening. The joints are completely sealed to fluids, avoiding leakage of liquids or vapours due to the locking of the mandrel inside the rivet body. Bralo Sealed Rivet is available in a wide range of diameters, from 3.2 mm to 6.4 mm., covering a wide grip range (0.5 mm to 20 mm). Along the same line, the materials variety is huge and so are the finishes options: from lacquering to the different protective coatings, the customisation possibilities for this rivet are endless.
Grooved rivet
The Bralo Grooved Rivet constitutes an effective and safe method of joining metal to smooth and fibrous surfaces. This fastener does not need through drills. The grooved mandrel head, when expanding inside the material, forms a kind of “clips” that take hold of the walls, providing a high resistance joint. This is a mandrel-break kind of rivet widely used in the manufacturing of furniture and in the construction industry to fasten metal surfaces to wood, bricks or cement. Bralo Profile Clincher is a breaking-mandrel blind rivet, designed for a fast and safe joint of moulds and clips that is widely used in the automotive and metalwork industries. It is available in a variety of diameters, from 2.4 mm to 6.4 mm and in different materials, aluminium, steel and stainless steel.
Gripmate rivet
Bralo Gripmate Rivet is a multiple part that consists of a special steel rivet and a semi-tubular piece, also made of steel. It is especially suitable for applications where there is a large thickness that has to be fastened and also for soft or brittle materials, since the heads are large on both sides of the part and it has a wide bearing surface. It provides great resistance without damaging the surfaces of the application. Bralo Gripmate Rivet guarantees a homogeneous riveting with an excellent appearance on both sides of the application.
Drive rivet
Bralo Drive Rivet is an extremely effective method of joining sheets and profiles to soft and fibrous surfaces like walls or roofs. This type of blind rivet is widely used in the construction sector to fix sheets, mouldings, angles, coatings or insulation. This fixing element does not need through drills. The rivet mandrel (stainless steel) is forcefully introduced with a punch into the rivet body (aluminium), using for instance a hammer, opening the rivet body in 3 different blades fixing it inside the walls of the material to be fixed. This Drive Rivet does not require the use of a riveting tool and provides a great resistant fastening in applications where only one side is accessible.
Structural blind rivet
Bralo Structural Rivet is designed to fix elements where a high resistance to both tensile and shear strengths are required. This fastener has been designed for heavy-duty fastening applications and ensures a quality fastening. Due to its feature of adaptive expansion, the same size can be used for different thickness. BSR Speed rivet
Bralo BSR Speed Rivets are designed for the fastening, in a fast and precise way, of all kinds of materials, metal or plastic, composites and electronic components. They are supplied in a strip of paper (loading system) and placed using a repetition system with a single mandrel. At the end of a riveting cycle, the next rivet is automatically fed in the tool nose-piece, ready to begin a new cycle. This is possible due to its bulging or pre-shaped end. The result is a fastener element with a high torque capacity and a good resistance to shear strength.
Brass Mass Rivet
Bralo Mass rivets are mandrel-breaking blind rivets manufactured in different materials; the head is made of brass, the mandrel is made of coppered steel, while the mass is also made of brass. They have been conceived to effectively earth on painted sheets without damaging the finish. Bralo Mass rivets are provided with a serration that enters the lacquered surface, achieving an optimal conductivity and a solid and resistant fastening.
Caps for rivets
Bralo caps are made of Nylon and are designed to protect and improve the visual aspect of blind rivets. Simple and fast setting process. Prior to the riveting process, the rivet body is placed in the area designed for the fastening, then is introduced in the application and, after the riveting process is finished, the cap is closed with a click. They can be used with standard rivets of 3.2 to 4.8 mm with a head diameter up to 9.5 mm. and are available in a wide range of colours.
Cover for rivets
The covers are placed before the riveting process. It is a quick and simple process. Available for rivets with a diameter of 4.8 and a length of up to 16 mm.
Cylindrical insert nut
It is a mechanical fastener that provides a thread feature in applications with a single side access. It is available in aluminium, steel and stainless steel, with different protective coatings that avoid the effects of external agents. It is a universal insert nut suitable for applications involving very resistant materials where a hexagonal drill is not possible. It is particularly used in levelling work.
Grooved insert nut
The grooved insert nut is a mechanical fastening element that provides a grooving feature in applications with a single-side access. It is ideal for applications with thin metal sheets, tubes, extrusion or plastic. Once it has been placed, its grooving gets hold of the material preventing its rotation. Hexagonal insert nut
The Bralo Hexagonal Insert Nut is a mechanical fastening element providing a grooving feature in those applications with a single-side access that require a very high resistance to rotation. Stud nut
It is a blind fastening system that allows for a pre-installation of the piece to be screwed onto the male thread. The mandrel, when installed, protrudes from the workpiece, allowing the correct placement of the pieces to be fixed so that the final assembly takes place with a nut. It is a very practical fastening element since it does not require access on both sides.
