REISHAUER Gear Grinding Machines
Reishauer gear tooth grinding machines have enjoyed an excellent reputation worldwide for more than 60 years. In addition to maximum precision, they also guarantee the highest reliability and efficiency in production processes. The RZ 60, RZ 126, RZ 160 and RZ 260 series combines all the strengths of Reishauer's generation grinding technology. It is a scalable product whose modularity allows maximum productivity in series production as well as maximum flexibility in small series production. The machines are configured according to requirements and can be adapted at a later date if requirements change. The models RZ 410, RZ550 and RZ1000 represent maximum flexibility and performance for gear grinding of higher modules

KADIA Honing machines for small diameters
As worldwide pioneer in the use of direct drive technologies for honing, KADIA has converted all KADIA machines to the patented LH (lean high-speed) system. These honing units combine compact construction with highly-dynamic direct drives both for linear stroking and for rotation, together with an ultra high-precision hone expansion motor. For optimal results, KADIA adapts the machines individually to your specific requirements. For this purpose, KADIA builds their systems from standardized modular units and integrate all essential peripheral devices. This saves both time and money and simplifies start-up. “Plug and Hone” is their name for this method. Whether single-spindle or multi-spindle systems in transfer, NC or rotary table versions, with pre-gaging, in-process gaging or high-precision post-process gaging, whether with upstream, intermediate or downstream deburring … a large number of possible combinations can be implemented. All KADIA honing machines operate on the basis of the “keyhole principle”. Workpieces leave the machine after processing in exactly the same position in which they were fed into the machine. This reduces the complexity and cost of an additional handling system, all KADIA machines conform to the latest state of the art and also of course to the outstanding KADIA quality.

SMS Thread grinding machines
As early as 1995, the founders of SMS Maschinenbau GmbH recognized the far-reaching trend for the implementation of control technology for machine tools. The company was one of the first to equip existing (mechanical) thread grinding machines with cutting-edge CNC technology at attractive prices. The basic machines – principally those manufactured by Reishauer and Klingelnberg – were reconditioned and modernized (CNC-retrofit). eFlexline – the agile production solution for electric motors Electric motor products range from 48V generators for on-board electrification to 400V motors for direct and hybrid drives to large 800V motors; this variability creates difficult challenges to implement cost-effective manufacturing processes. There is a wide range of versions and performance classes as well as different sizes, requirements, and shapes. The solution to this problem is the new eFlexline.
