Created in 1979, Codesol is a company dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of equipment, consumables, accessories and automation for welding. The more than 40 years in the sector have given us experience, knowledge and progress, which allows us to grow and innovate and offer continuous improvements to meet the requirements of our customers.

With offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Álava, Murcia, Lleida, Baleares and commercial representations in Girona and Tarragona, in Codesol we have motivated, committed and specialized professionals in various sectors of the welding market. Welding automation

At Codesol we have a wide range of welding handling equipment for sale and rental: - Welding positioners designed to provide maximum positioning flexibility through the use of table tilting and rotation, to manipulate the work piece and position it effectively for welding or to place it precisely for assembly and fabrication. We have several models such as conventional positioners, hydraulic, horizontal and centering plates. - Columns for welding designed to meet the different needs of the market and to which the different welding processes can be adapted (Mig, Tig, Submerged Arc, Plasma, TipTig, etc) and accessories (oscillators, seam trackers, arc controls …etc). - Our welding rotators provide an economic and practical response to the problems of rotation and handling of cylindrical containers. The proven design of Codesol uses resistant and replaceable polyurethane wheels for all our welding rotators and we also have the option of mounting steel wheels. They are mounted in a cast steel drum for maximum durability and superior traction. A manual remote control with 10 meter cable provides the operator with total control of the toner, which includes a potentiometer to vary the speed, move forward / backward and stop. - Other welding automation products upon request. Welding Power supply with touch operation and online process communication

Orbitalum's new Orbimat SW intelligent power supplies for orbital welding allows digital networking, connecting the orbital welding process with information and communication technology for welding results, efficiency and quality management. The unbroken capture and backup of data on the customer's LAN provides the transparency required by Industry 4.0. With built-in LAN and WLAN interface, the Orbimat SW can be integrated into the customer's network, giving users, planning engineers and quality assurance employees with different user levels access to projects and data at all times, and making it possible to keep track of the entire welding process. All welding data and programs for each individual welding process can be called up and documented in full, analysed, used and optimised for future welding processes. The Orbimat SW are operated using the 12.4” colour touchscreen, or alternatively with the multifunctional control dial. The multilingual menu interface with graphic support makes operation and parametrization of the welding power supplies simple and intuitive. Precise digital welding gas control makes it possible to perform welding processes with high levels of purity and a low gas requirement. The gas quantity values saved with the welding program make easily reproducible welding results. An automatic rotor stop function provides improved safety. The Orbimat SW also features motor torque control. In order to minimize the gas pre-flow and post-flow times, Orbitalum has incorporated the Flow-Force function, which shortens the welding process when using closed welding heads. The digital gas control supplies safety gas at a very high volumetric flow rate directly from the pressure reducer to the welding head. The Orbimat SW operate with a wide input voltage range of 110 to 230 V AC 50/60 Hz, and offsets mains fluctuations of 90 to 260 V AC. The integrated liquid cooling system keeps connected welding tongs and heads at the right temperature.

AutoFeed – The first automatic electrolyte supply system

The electrolyte flows all by itself. Similar to the wire feed control in MSG welding machines, a microprocessor calculates the optimum amount of electrolyte, which is then fed directly into the carbon fibre brush by a servo pump. As soon as the brush is lifted off the workpiece, the electrolyte supply stops; with a back pump that prevents dripping – all fully automatic! Features automatic! 3 Significantly faster working 3 Reduced fluid consumption 3 Compatible with any cleaning device on the market The complete AutoFeed inside the compact MagicBox. All of our technology for the Auto Feed system is completely protected in the compact MagicBox. This is simply connected to any weld cleaning device – which then also takes over the power supply (a widerange power supply unit makes it possible). A voltage sensor measures the cleaning energy – and the servo pump doses exactly the right amount of electrolyte, which is then delivered via the hose system and AutoFeed handle directly into the carbon fibre brush. Even a 5l canister with the electrolyte liquid can be stored in the MagicBox (signal transmitter for empty supply included). Of course, all components are acid-proof; due to the use of mild REUTER electrolytes, hoses and AutoFeed handle do not have to be cleaned after use.

SWISS AIR PAPR System

The core element of the optrel swiss air blower respiratory protection system is a ventilated half mask that completely covers the mouth and nose area and supplies them with purified air. A breathing space is created in the mouth and nose area which, thanks to positive pressure, supports the user in breathing and eliminates tiring breathing resistance. The half-mask, made of high-tech fabric, is designed in such a way that it can be excellently adapted to the individual thanks to a freely adjustable headband. This concept eliminates the need for time-consuming fit tests that are common with conventional half masks. The clean air comes via a Y-hose from a miniaturised blower system, which is comfortably carried by a carrying unit on the back.
