CRC Industries is a worldwide leader in the production of specialty chemicals for maintenance and repair professionals and do-it-yourselfers, serving the automotive, heavy trucking, marine, electrical, industrial, hardware and aviation markets.
CRC was founded in 1958 as Corrosion Reaction Consultants with a single product. Today the company’s products are sold throughout the US, Europe, South America and the Pacific Rim. CRC operates 12 facilities that produce millions of aerosol products each year.

SmartWasher® SW-23
SmartWasher® SW-23 combines two machines in one – a parts washer and a brake washer. This versatile unit is perfect for automotive shops and industrial maintenance facilities. FL-4 OZZYMAT®
The OzzyMat – The Key to the SmartWasher System. Designed to introduce microbes called Ozzy’s into the SmartWasher System, the OzzyMat helps reduce excess clogging during its 1 month use. It must be changed monthly to help keep the microbe colony healthy and keep your SmartWasher working at peak performance. The Multi-Layer OzzyMat has 4 white layers and 1 blue layer. The white layers on the mat trap any particulate larger than 50 microns and should be peeled at least once a week for optimum performance. The blue layer is the support structure that contains the microbes and delivers them into the system. These microbes migrate from the OzzyMat into the OzzyJuice located in your SmartWasher tank and break down organic waste. APPLICATIONS For use with SmartWasher Parts Cleaning System. Recommended for normal to heavy parts cleaning applications FEATURES / BENEFITS Designed to introduce microbes called Ozzy’s into the SmartWasher System. Place on the mat support white side up. Inox Weld Kleen

CRC Inox Weld Kleen is a pickling paste that restores the original characteristics of stainless steel after welding or heat treatment. CRC ECO COMPLEX BLUE
Non-flammable, water-based cleaner for heavy contaminants in food processing areas (NSF A1 registered) • Quickly removes grease, oil, lubricants, grime, blood, nicotine, food and other tough stains, virus, bacteria and fungus from any washable surface. • It exists in concentrated and ready to use form for increased convenience and economy. • Excellent product for use in dip tanks, pressure washer, ultrasonic and steam cleaning equipment. • Dilute according to information on the datasheet. • Safe on plastics. Rinse with water after application. • Readily biodegradable concentrate according to OECD 301B:>64%.
CRC Antispatter
Non-flammable, solvent based anti spatter, for use on site. Does not affect post welding operations. No silicones or flammable solvents. Anti-Spatter film is easily wiped away.
CRC Torch Ceramic Anti Spatter
High-performance ceramic anti-spatter spray, providing long lasting protection against spatter build-up on the torch and welding equipment. The ceramic coating protects gas nozzles, contact tips and the contact tip holders during MIG/MAG welding, even at higher amperages and temperatures. CRC Torch Ceramic Anti Spatter guarantees the ultimate protection and eliminates the excessive spatter build-up on your consumables. CRC Torch Ceramic Anti Spatter is a Boron Nitride coating with high temperature adhesive properties. CRC ECO BIO WELD
Non-flammable water based anti spatter, ideal when galvanising will be performed afterwards. Readily biodegradable according to OECD 301B: 68% (Bulk, 74%). Odourless, non-flammable and safe in use. Fine spray pattern ensures total control and economical coverage. Allows post welding operations, painting, plating, galvanising etc to be undertaken without interference. Contains a rust inhibiting agent
