About us
En la actualidad, somos un grupo de empresas del sector metalúrgico (Delaton Artistic Foundry SL, Brass Injected Metals SL, Comercial Reston 2012 SL y Estampación Papiol SL) que abarcamos los procesos productivos de fundición, estampación, mecanizado, acabados y montajes. Ofreciendo así, un servicio integral y un producto acabado a nuestros clientes.
Actualmente, contamos con 3 centros productivos y aproximadamente 3.000 metros de instalaciones cubiertas, distribuidas de la siguiente manera:
1. Central de La Palma de Cervelló: Oficinas centrales, nave de mecanizado, fundición a gravedad, montaje y verificación.
2. Nave 2 El Papiol: Forja y estampación de metales en caliente.
3. Nave 3 Valls: Fundición por inyección.

Productos Automoción
From battery terminals to lead adapters, Delaton provides a wide range of products for the automotive and renewable energy sectors, encompassing processes such as gravity die casting, pressure die casting, stamping, machining, finishing, and assembly.
Racores
Delaton produces a wide range of fittings using materials processed through two key methods: hot forging and brass casting, adhering to UNE-EN-12165 CW617N and EN-1982 CB753S standards. Both methods meet the 4MS Common Approach requirements. We handle the entire manufacturing process, including mold making, stamping, machining, finishing, and assembly of fittings for various industries such as automotive, lighting, naval, faucets, and agriculture.

We offer a wide range of physical security devices for rolling, tilting, and other types of doors. We manufacture all our components to ensure quality and efficiency. Our products include a rotating protective shield to prevent drill bit insertion, and they are known for their sturdiness and drill resistance. Additionally, we provide various purchase options, such as complete locks, individual heads, and different types of keys
