Spill pallets
At DENIOS, we specialize in providing safe and compliant solutions for the storage of hazardous substances. Spill containment pallets are one of our key products, designed to prevent environmental risks and ensure workplace safety. Engineered to collect leaks, spills or accidental drips, our containment pallets help prevent soil and water contamination, supporting full compliance with APQ regulations and current environmental legislation. We offer a wide range of models in galvanized steel, painted steel, stainless steel and polyethylene, allowing compatibility with a variety of substances—flammable, corrosive, aggressive or polluting. With different sizes and capacities available, our pallets are suitable for storing small containers, 200-liter drums or 1,000-liter IBCs. Practical features such as removable grids, forklift-accessible designs, efficient stacking, and racking compatibility make integration into industrial environments simple and efficient. Our spill pallets are widely used in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food production, logistics, automotive, and metal processing, and are an essential tool for the safe, responsible and sustainable management of hazardous materials.
Ion line cabinet with real time asset monitoring
Safety cabinets equipped with the Real-time Asset Monitoring System allow you to view your stocks and their location 24/7 via a digital portal. r. This sensor uses RFID technology. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is able to continuously scan who has opened the cabinet, whether or not an item is present in your cabinet and who has used it. This information can be easily read via the included portal.
VARIO-Flow lab workstation GAP
Lab workstations protect employees when handling chemicals and ensure the prescribed occupational exposure limits are respected. Highly efficient harmful substance capture is ensured by targeted clean air curtains in the front area and extraction at the rear wall. The high levels of safety for the lab workstations are obtained thanks to the fresh air curtain, which is blown out at the front edge of the work surface and the roof. The clean air curtains blow all hazardous vapours towards the rear wall, where they are extracted.
Flammable storage cabinets
Versatile, safe and useful. DENIOS fire-resistant cabinets for flammable materials and liquids offer a broad range of fire rated solutions. You’ll find a comprehensive choice of flammable cabinets that meet the hazardous material storage requirements, such as the control of substances hazardous to health, under COSHH. We offer you safety cabinets that are fire rated from 15 to 90 minutes in accordance with EN 14470-1, or that have been FM-certified fire resistance in accordance with the American NFPA and OSHA standards.
Lithium-ion cabinets
Our lithium-ion cabinets with 90-minute fire protection offer the safest option for storing modern energy storage systems. The charging cabinets are equipped with shelves and a plug-in design for connection to the mains supply. This allows you to store and charge lithium-ion batteries at the same time.
Absorbents DENSORB®
Absorbent materials should always be on hand in case something goes wrong. Leaking hazardous material containers or liquids leaking from machines are typical problems. This is where DENSORB® products come into play to quickly contain any danger in an emergency. Three types of absorbent materials are offered: universal, oil and special. It is important to always have enough absorbent materials in stock in case of emergency. DENIOS UK offers a wide range of absorbent materials, from mats to granules to emergency spill kits.
Safety Cans DENIOS
Safety containers have been developed for the internal transport of smaller quantities of flammable liquids. They protect employees and increase operational safety. The safety containers are made of plastic, steel, stainless steel or PE and are designed for storage, transport, filling, fine dosing, wetting and collecting. For the transport of liquids, we recommend safety canisters made of steel, stainless steel or plastic.
