About us
Since 1964, Grupo Ecrimesa has been manufacturing precision steel and aluminum parts in Santander using Investment Casting (lost wax casting - microfusion) and Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technologies. We have our own machining plant, as well as a heat treatment and mold workshop (with our own technical office), which enable us to supply finished components to our customers.
We can produce parts in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, from batches of 50 pieces per year to 1,000,000 pieces per year. Our weight ranges from 0.5 grams to 20-25 kg.
Our main markets are: Defense, Automotive, Aeronautics, Machine Tools, Food Machinery, Locksmithing, Valves, Medical Equipment, Electrical Equipment, Naval Industry, Railway Industry, among others.
We are certified with ISO TS 16949, EN 9100:2009, and ISO 14001:2004.
We have approximately 300 employees and a turnover of approximately €45 million.
More than six decades of experience support the Ecrimesa Group in supplying components with high technical properties in steels and other alloys, competitively competing advantageously in quality and price with other traditional manufacturing processes. This is possible thanks to our design characteristics and finishes with strict tolerances and machining savings.

Investment Casting in Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium
Ecrimesa Group located in the north of Spain, in Santander city consist of three companies: ECRIMESA for Investment Casting technology , MIMECRISA for MIM (Metal Injection Moulding Technology) and MECANSA for machining with a full equipped machining workshop. World of today demands more and more for higher performance qualities, more complex designs and much more exigent application accurancy and safe functioning. In this world of new technologies, Ecrimesa Group offers wide possibilities to the present industry.
