Brevetti Stendalto's steel cable chains
Brevetti Stendalto’s Steel Series is the best choice for applications with heavy added loads and very harsh work conditions. Steel chains are available in zinc-plated or stainless steel, equipped with aluminium drawplates, steel rods or aluminium machined crosspieces. Typical applications are giant machine tools, foundries and steel plants, high-temperature machines, oil and gas. SAMURAI Bellows by HEMA
The special feature of this series are the lamellas, which are attached to the upper edge of the folds. They additionally strengthen the bellows and protect it from hot or sharp-edged chips. Thanks to this equipment, the SAMURAI series is very well suited for HSC applications: HEMA has already developed solutions for machines with speeds of up to 100 meters per minute and accelerations above 2 g.
Tubular bellows by Hema
For applications with special requirements we also offer bellows made of Soft PVC, rubber disks or coated fabrics. Soft PVC bellows are resistant to oil, alkali and acid as well as water and dust. As molded parts for the economic production, a minimum quantity must be manufactured or an appropriate form must exist. Rubber disk bellows are of the highest quality and visually the most attractive protective covers for pistons and spindles. They are completely leak proof. Since each rubber disk lies flat on the other, excellent compression dimensions are achieved. Rubber Fabric bellows are recommended for use if bellows are especially subject to heavy wear, high pressure conditions or high temperatures up to 200°C. Typical fields of application are piston rods with high ambient temperatures, or cardan shafts. Fabric bellows consist of a laminated structure with a special coating.
Elastic Bellows by Hema
The ELASTIC bellows are used e.g. for lifting table applications or round sewn as an alternative to spiral springs to protect shafts, columns and spindles. In the design as a LAMINAT bellow this has a high inherent rigidity due to the combination of two materials. As a bellow for jet cutting machines (laser, plasma or water jet), the ELASTIC bellow protects mechanical components such as spindles and guides, but also serves to protect the jet channel. The ELASTIC series includes numerous combination options. The basic components as well as material, shape, type of processing and dimensions are individually adjusted. Stabilized PVC frames in each fold, combined with the individual bellow material ensure a long lasting stability. Even with mechanical deformation, this structure ensures a return to the original form. The connection of the bellow material to the support or guide frames can be done by various types of processing - thermally bonded, HF-welded or sewn.
Backwall systems
Composed of bellows and faceplate. Backwall systems protect sensitive machine parts from chips and coolants during the production process. The backwall system is manufactured with bellows and delivered ready for installation on the machine. Installation times are significantly reduced, since the machine manufacturer no longer needs to assemble the individual bellows, because he assembles a complete system. To protect the shafts, bellows with stainless steel sheets, the so-called "Samurai" bellows, are used. All backwall systems and their components are custom-designed for each machine and can reach travel speeds of up to 120 m/min.

Spiral Springs by Hema
The right turn for your Machine Protection - Spiral springs from HEMA HEMA DURASPRING spiral springs protect spindles from soiling, which can affect the dynamics of the traversing movements. In this way, they maintain the functionality of the system and enable efficient, precise machining of workpieces. The optimum operating conditions for DURASPRING is in applications with oil. Mounting position The spiral springs are suitable for both horizontal and vertical installation. Vertically installed DURASPRING basically achieves longer extension lengths than horizontal versions. Vertical types have a high start-up force, which ensures that the DURASPRING will move out quickly during start-up / extension with machine movement. For horizontal use, the overlap between turns is increased during manufacture of the spring. In this way, "sagging" is reduced, especially with longer extension lengths, and the transverse stability is significantly improved. Spin Windows by HEMA
Our spin windows clear the view. When machine tools are in operation, the view into the interior is severely restricted by flying chips and cooling lubricant splashing around. Our SPINVISTA ensures a clear view of the manufacturing process: It rotates at such a high speed that liquids and debris are kept away from the disc. The result is a clear view of the manufacturing process. The SPINVISTA is available in two versions: SPINVISTA EVO with an outside diameter of 253 mm and a visible area of approx. 284 cm² SPINVISTA NEO with an outer diameter of 290 mm and a visible area of approx. 430 cm²
HEMA's apron
Aprons: Cost-effective protection If your machine is exposed to a low chip load from the front, a link apron is sufficient as a protective measure completely. HEMA manufactures these devices in different variants. HEMA's protective aprons are ideal for use in confined spaces. An extensive range of profiles and materials allows to choose the shutter with specific characteristics for each application, to cover guides, pits and for all types of enclosures. They are supplied with the measurements required by the customer, either with winding motor, with or without casing, or directly loose. Roller Systems by HEMA
Less space but a lot of protection - roller covers for tight spaces There are several reasons for using roller blind systems: In some applications, there is not enough room for a bellow cover, in others, a complete cover is not necessary. For these cases, HEMA manufactures a range of compact roller covers and aprons, which offer effective protection against small amounts of chips and coolants. What are the typlical applications for roller covers? Roller covers can be installed on many machines. They are always prefered when a protection against chips or coolant is necessary, but only little space is available. We manufacture roller covers for different installation situations: Without housing: this type needs less space, best used with smaller diameters and short extensions With housing: We recommend this type for safety reasons when longer extensions are used and especially when steel is used for the band material.

Under the name of HEMAFLEX we distribute this article for the protection of cables and hoses. Metallic materials are used in their manufacture, which make them resistant to high temperatures. LINCLAMP by HEMA
Fast and secure clamping for linear guides – LinClamp. LinClamp clamping and braking systems are designed to brake and retain masses moving axially over linear guide rails and elements. Their design, surface quality, and dimensional, shape, and positional tolerances are equivalent to the commercially available linear guide rails. It is he right clamping system for every application. Our LinClamp clamping systems are available in two versions: as a classic design that opens when compressed air is applied and eliminates the need for compressed air or compressed air failure (fail-safe) or as an active version that clamps when pressurized. LinClamp clamping systems are available in many sizes and for both low and high carriages.
Machine tools leveling elements FIX LEVEL
Eurex SL offers you anchoring and leveling elements for machinery and accessories made by AMU Princigalli. With these products you can make the system base/block foundations a unique and leveling element. These products dampen machine vibrations, eliminating imprecisions, as well as resuming planar settling. Other of its benefits is that it allows to maintain initial capabilities conditions over time.
Lighting systems
In Eurex SL we have a wide range of lamps of all kinds for industrial applications: fluorescent, halogen and mainly LED. The important advantages of LED technology, especially in terms of energy savings, fully justify their growing demand. FKB Techmalux has an extensive variety of types and powers, from 3W onwards.

We supply this material in standard profiles and lengths, as well as in the most complex geometries, under drawing, with or without tie holes. We keep a large stock of the most common profiles, which allows us to provide a 24-hour delivery service.

Brevetti Stendalto's cable chains for robotics
Multiflex chain has been engineered for multi-dimensional movements with special focus on robot applications and new generation machining centers. This chain completes the range of products included in Brevetti Stendalto’s robot series and offer to the option to dress completely the robots trough a single supplier. The chain is completely closed but easy to open and easy to wire thanks to the covers that can be simply removed by means of a screwdriver. Every part of the chain can be internally inspected opening the covers at any point. Easily shortenable and easily extendable.

Brevetti Stendalto intends to be a “Cabling System Integrator” of all-in-one drag chain and harnessing systems for industrial automation. We are ready to offer cabling solutions for a wide range of applications: packaging, machine tools, textile industry, wood, marble and glass engineering, transfer machinery, workbenches etc... Anything that can be harnessed. We offer both single pieces, serial production and Total Chain (our drag chains harnessed).
Machine Safety Windows
During machining, chippings are produced that can be swirled around inside the machine. It can also happen that tensioned workpieces are loosened or a tool breaks off due to incorrect operation and flies through the workspace with great force. Therefore, the use of a safety window is recommended to protect the operating personnel. If only simple polycarbonate windows are used in the equipment of machine tools, they quickly become brittle due to the permanent contact with coolants and lose their retention force. For this reason, HEMA uses a combination of safety glass and polycarbonate for the manufacture of its machine safety glass. In general, we recommend the replacement of machine safety windows after a period of use of 5 years based on the recommendations of the employers' liability insurance association and the VDW.
Brevetti Stendalto's nylon cable chain
Brevetti Stendalto’s cable chains are designed to meet any requirement for dynamic protection of cables and hoses. Our chains are able to withstand the most heavy-duty applications. A non-conclusive list of possible applications for our chains includes horizontal and vertical strokes, long travel distances even beyond 400 m, applications with protective covers, rotations on diameters ranging from less than 1 m up to more than 30 m, robotics.

Roof covers from HEMA
Machine tools for machining large work pieces are loaded primarily from above with tools and work pieces. If the processing space is not closed during the manufacturing process, chips and coolants from the machine tool can enter the production environment and lead to contamination. Our roof covers are designed individually for each machine, whether for the initial configuration of the machine or for retrofit retrofitting.
Entry systems for cables with and without connectors by DetasUltra

DetasUltra's DES series family of cable entry systems allows routing cables with and without connectors with a diameter of 2 to 65 mm to machines, electrical cabinets and other devices, guaranteeing protection up to IP66 and NEMA 4X. Cable entry plates for cables without connectors
DetasUltra's connectorless cable entry systems known as DES PM and PDM are cable entry plates for cables without connectors. They are intelligent solutions for connecting machine parts or electrical cabinets quickly and reliably, ensuring high protection up to IP66 and NEMA 4X. There are several options, which can be adapted to any need the customer may have: we have cable glands for a single cable or up to 72 cables, round, square and rectangular from 2 to 30 mm cable diameter. Conduit systems by DetasUltra
FL split corrugated conduits are ideal for the passage of headed cables. The double tube offers high protection over the entire cable length and makes them optimal for use in extreme conditions. In addition, they can be easily fixed with clips. The clips we offer, called FW clips, are suitable for fixing corrugated conduits. The snap-on jacket provides increased stability of the conduit even under mechanical stress.
