About us
ABOUT INPR
INPRE was born in 1988 as the first company in Spain to manufacture fiberglass reinforced polyester sheet for the body industry. Since 1994, it has also been active in the renewable energy sector, manufacturing fiberglass components for nacelles and bushings.
R&D has significant weight in the company, which is currently immersed in a project to manufacture PV blades for tidal generators
INPRE's development and innovation strategy includes the use of increasingly sustainable materials and processes, the recycling of composite materials in which it works, as well as the possibilities of applying its products in other sectors of activity.
INPRE COMPOSITES has always stood out for the production of high-quality components, for its adaptation to the specific demands of such relevant sectors, and its progressive growth with great economic solvency.
Today it employs 140 people at its two offices in San Adrián and Ágreda.
Products

Windmill nacelle covers assembly
Wind turbine GFRP covers are increasingly integrated into the nacelle assembly and include more and more auxiliary components (ventilation systems, filtering, lighting, hoists, etc.) INPRE composites not only manufactures GRP components, but also assembles all the wind turbine components that use the casing as a support. For this, it has a supply chain that covers the needs of these components and an experienced team of people who carry out the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic assemblies necessary to supply the customer with the finished product.

Widmill spinner covers
Aerodynamics is a very important aspect of wind turbines, the hub, being one of the most exposed elements together with the blades and made of cast steel, needs to be protected and ensure that it does not distort the airflow. To do this, the hub is covered with components made of GFRP, normally in 3 pieces, following the same process as the shells. The excellent properties of GFRP allows to insulate and protect the components of wind turbines to extend their useful life beyond 20 years.
Tidal blades
As a result of the NEMMO project (www.nemmo.eu), INPRE composites has specialized in the manufacture of tidal blades. These blades have a specific geometry to withstand the extreme conditions of underwater operation. Although their dimensions are smaller than those of a wind blade, the manufacturing has similar characteristics of complexity in terms of thickness and strength and quality requirements. Additionally, we are working on the development of manufacturing processes with recyclable materials to improve sustainability and carbon footprint.

GRP/FRP laminates in rolls/coils
INPRE is manufacturing GRP/FRP laminates in rolls/coils named MODULCAR. We are manufacturing several products depending of the needs: - MODULCAR FLASHY is the highest quality laminate with an outstanding glossy face. This product, using the “INPRE” White color gel coat, is the perfect laminate for an excellent work with no fiber glass marks. - MODULCAR UNDERGROUND is the under-floors face laminate, for a good wooden sandwich panel protection with an only 1mm thick laminate. MODULCAR UNDERGROUND GEL as its partner, is a nice floor laminate including a gel coat cover. 1mm thick laminate. - MODULCAR ROOFY is the roof laminate, though you can use it inside the box and other applications for an affordable cost. 1.5 and 2mm thick laminate available. - MODULCAR GLOSHY is the medium quality laminate with a perfect balance price Vs gloss. - MODULCAR FLOORY RICE+ `rice grain´ anti-slip laminate to be used in floors where cleaning is critical. 1.5mm thick laminate for vans and 2mm thick laminate for some boxes and the biggest vans. - MODULCAR FLOORY RICE is a cheaper `rice grain´ laminate for vans. - MODULCAR FLOORY SAND is a fine silica anti-slip laminate to be used in demanding floors that require a long-lasting surface and/or a high anti-slip cover. 2mm thick laminate for strong panels. - MODULCAR SUNNY is a traslucent laminate with a white finish for dry load roofs. - MODULCAR SUNNY STREET includes a real traslucent street in the middle fo the laminate. - MODULCAR MATE is the gel coated laminate with no gloss finish. - MODULCAR MATE + is the best finish no-glossy laminate. - MODULCAR POWER is the woven roving laminate for the strongest panels.

GRP/FRP non-slip laminates for floors
INPRE is manufacturing GRP/FRP laminates in rolls/coils named MODULCAR. We are manufacturing several products depending of the needs, specially non-slip laminates for trucks and portable offices.

Light RTM
At INPRE Composites we usually use the Light RTM process, which is more versatile than other processes and allows a higher production speed and the possibility of using simpler and more economical molds. It also allows great flexibility in the choice of resins, adapting to specific requirements and desired properties for the final product, demonstrating a great capacity to produce high quality parts with an excellent surface finish.

Custom projects
INPRE COMPOSITES has been working for more than 30 years in the wind energy and industrial bodywork sectors. With the accumulated expertise, we are accompanying new customers in the MOBILITY sector to define and develop their new products. GRP components have excellent properties of lightness, resistance to atmospheric elements and durability, making them ideal for any application. More and more customers trust us, thanks also to the know-how and quality provided by our more than 30 years of experience in the wind energy sector.

Manufacturing of hulls, bulkheads, and structures for boats with high durability fiberglass.
In the naval sector, composite materials such as GRP offer advanced technical solutions with superior corrosion resistance and unmatched durability. At INPRE, we add value to shipyards and manufacturers by developing structural and interior components capable of withstanding extreme conditions, using materials specifically designed for the marine environment. • In-house mold manufacturing. • Hull, deck, and bulkhead manufacturing. • Component integration and final assembly.
