KTECH 352 F1200
KTECH 352 is an automatic double mitre pivoting bandsaw with hydraulic descent of the sawframe that allows an integrated working cycle with NC control on bow rotation, angle setting, material movement, angle setting and vice positionig. The machine has an easy and intuitive interface that gives the user full access with just few clicks to all its operation through a 10” touch screen display. Main technical features: -Cutting range from +60° to -45° -Cutting capacity up to 305mm (round profiles at 90°) -Opening vice up to 350mm -Blade 3.370x27x0.9mm with 1.8kw power -Automatic detection of the first cut with mechanical device -Integrated motorized F1200 feeder with ballscrew -NC control and programming with 10" touch screen display -Controlled axis on feeder movement, sawframe rotation and positioning, vice closing and positioning; -Automatic control on material size and auto-adjustment of the set cutting lengths The machineis the perfect working tool for steel works factories, metal dealers, frame producers, tube working and all the cutting processes that involve structural steels up to 350mm width.
XSMART3
XSMART3 is an automatic double column bandsaws for straight cuts and totally managed by CNC with 7" touch screen display, easy and intuitive interface. Fully protectedy by carters to provide maximum security to the user, it's an easy to use professional tools that can be installed in every environment and mechanic workshop. Touch screen display XSMART3 has an easy, intuitve and user-friendly interface with a 7" touch screen display that allows to have full control on all the machine parameters and all the operative settings. Using CNC system, the user will have the possibility to optimize his user-experience and workflow with just few clicks. These features, combined with the solid structure, make XSMART3 the perfect working tool for industry application. Sawfrane XSMART3 sawframe has an elctrowelded rigid structure on double column which helps reduce vibrations and binding during descent. Like many IMET bandsaws, its blade is canted (30°) to reduce the band strain and have better and constant sawframe descent while cutting with optimized performances on every material, profiles or solid. Feeder XSMART feeder has a single stroke of 500mm with integrated roller table for material support. The feeder moves with a recyrculatig screw and electric motor with inverter, portal structure that ease material movement and loading. Vice The machines uses an hydraulic full stroke vice to lock the material wtih jaws place both before and after the cutting line.
BS 300 PLUS SHI
BS 300 PLUS SHI is the semiautomatic bandsaws intended to cut both left (up to 60°) and right (from 0° to 45°). The machine is a suitable working tool for small and medium batch production for mechanics and steelwork. BS 300 PLUS is equipped with a wide diameter working area and a system of automatic easy stops at 0°, 45° and 60° left and 45° right with graduated plate to identify and set different angles. Machine sawframe is rigid cast-iron with tubolar section, 320 mm pulleys, high blade tension at 1700 kg/cm2 and to avoid an excessive strain on the blade with frontal regulation and microswitch conroller. A carter protect che blade, allowing to have easy access for maintentance when needed; a system with blade guides with hard pads, additional lateral bearings provides for the perfect allignment of the blade. Safe starting through the button on the handle with warning light to inform the use about the correct machine functioning. Coolant-tank and electropump are placed inside the floor stand.
