MANUAL CHAIN HOIST SERIES 630

Hand Chain Hoists by “JAGUAR” are the handheld devices and an excellent combination of quality, safety and performance. These are lightweight ,compact, and very user friendly. Suspension and load hooks are forged in high strength steel and are provided with safety bolts capable of rotating 360 degree. The disc brakes are double lining and do not contain metal particles or toxic materials. The link chains are manufactured in high strength steel and duly complied with national and international standards. All JAGUAR hand chain hoists are tested beyond their nominal capacity. Each hoist is supplied with a test certificate listing the serial number and an instruction manual containing the CE compliance declaration.

TROLLEY SERIES 500

These trolleys can be supplied in two different types, the “A” type, hand geared and type “B” without chain or push type. The wheels are made of forged steel mounted on ball bearings. Using separation washers It can be adjusted to fit different widths and beam profiles (IPN, IPE and HEB). All trolleys come with protection against fall and tilt in accordance with DIN 15018 and machinery directives.

TROLLEY SERIES 520

Trolleys for special widths can be supplied in two different types “A” with trolley chain and “B” without push control. These trolleys are adapted to a wide variety of widths (IPN, IPE, HEB). The special feature of these 520 series trolleys is its dual axis that enables it to adapt to even the wide beam of 300 m / m.

CHAIN HOISTS WITH TROLLEYS SERIES 530

These are a combination of a JAGUAR hand chain hoist and a trolley that can be used in very small spaces under the beam. LEVER CHAIN HOISTS SERIES 900

This is a high quality tool of its type, ideal for small spaces where versatility and efficacy are a top priority. It is designed to lift and drag loads. It is lightweight, robust and resistant to wear, in addition to its high-strength chain. Its steel structure, the gear box and lid are robust and resistant to impacts. The effective control of the load is ensured by a mechanical brake that holds it at any point and releases itwhen necessary. The maintenance is cheap and does not require special tools. RACK WHEELS

These wheels are made of perforated steel and the embedded sheet, with the PATENTED manufacturing. They have a variety of uses and can be used in places requiring remote control such as valve manoeuvres at great height, etc. It comes with the blind hub, in order to make the hole, screw or cotter pin which is needed, or is also supplied without hub. These rack wheels have a very light weight, optimal for sites where there is risk of bumps or falls, the material used in these is pressed steel which lowers the risk of breaking.
