INEO PROTOTIPOS SL
About us
Ineo is a company dedicated to the manufacture of short series, prototypes and final parts. We manufacture using Additive Manufacturing technologies (3D printing, SLS Laser Sintering, Stereolithography SLA and FDM) and other technologies such as Machining (CNC), Rapid Tooling, Metal Pressing and vacuum casting. We accompany our customers from the development of their idea or project to the selection of the most realistic materials and finishes, to get the pieces that suit their needs.
Products

Stereolithography (SLA)
Stereolitography is an additive manufacturing technology, by which we obtain epoxy resin parts with a good dimensional tolerance, usually with acceptable mechanical properties. Stereolithography is the most appropriate technology to manufacture the master piece used to create silicone moulds or prototypes that verify the geometry and visual appearance of the product.

SLS Selective Laser Sintering (PA powder)
With laser sintering technology, we build functional parts with mechanical properties similar to the injection thermoplastics. This technology is also used for the manufacturing of final parts (Rapid Manufacturing). This material can be finished (sanding, machining, and drilling). Ineo prototipos has two selective laser sintering machines of polyamide powder (SLS), which allow us to build large components on a very short deadline.

Vacuum Casting
The Vacuum casting technology allows us to create polyurethane resin parts by using a silicone mould. To manufacture this mould, we usually use a pattern made by stereolithography. Nevertheless, we can build a silicone mould almost using any piece made with other technologies as a master piece: sintering, FDM, machined, modified old part... We can produce a short set of serial parts with polyurethane resin with characteristics like flexibility, transparency, high temperature resistance, fiber load or flame retardant (V0), similar to the final product: ABS, PX, PC There are also FDA-approved polyurethanes suitable for food use.

Finishing
Ineo Prototipos offers different types of finish surface: Paint: Gloss paint finish, satin, matt, textured, monolayer, double layer Decoration with films: carbon fiber imitation, marble, wood Metallic: high vacuum metallised parts or metallic paint Blasting: different finishes for moulding and casting or translucent pieces Laser marking: Laser descaling for texts, logos or images Pad or silk printing: for text, logos or images.

Pattern moulding
Ineo prototipos can produce aluminium and other metal parts. If the geometry and the desired finish allow it, a sand mould is a fast and a cheap way. Direct from the 3D CAD data from the customer and using our additive manufacturing machines, we can make the patterns to build the sand moulds within days and, if necessary, the post-processing of the castings.

Tools
Ineo prototipos can produce any item that the customer needs in order to help with its production process. We adapt to our customers’ instructions to facilitate the installation or positioning tasks.

Mock ups and models
New manufacturing technologies manage to reproduce models and prototypes with a level of reality and interactivity that surpasses all precedents. We manufacture scale models, assembly assemblies, adjustments, etc., as well as modeling of a visual model from 2D drawings, and the surface finishes required.

Rapid Prototyping
Ineo Prototipos can transform an idea into a product or into a part of it on tight or short deadlines. By using additive manufacturing technologies, plastic or metal parts can be made or manufactured quickly.

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)
Fused deposition modeling (FDM) is an additive manufacturing technology by means of which parts with a variety of thermoplastics (rigid, translucent or elastomer plastics) can be manufactured.

CNC Machining
Our 3 & 5 axis CNC machines have the flexibility, precision and versatility to allow minimizing errors thus reducing manufacturing time. Ineo Prototipos has estate of the art CNC machines for the production of one offs and small series of parts and components from a wide range of technical metal and plastic materials.

Rapid Tooling
Injection moulding is commonly used for the mass production of series of plastic and metal parts in technical materials; Rapid Tooling (Prototype Tools), enable us to manufacture short series of components as a previous step to large-scale manufacturing. Our prototype injection tools will help you to minimize design errors and to lower manufacturing costs.

Metal Pressing
We have the capacity to fabricate single parts or small production runs of sheet metal parts and components from a combination of processes such as laser cutting, punching, bending, pressing, and welding.

Engineering and design
We know that the reduction of time from the first idea to the availability in the market of new products is essential to its success. Therefore, we have a team of expert professionals with the appropriate technical training. Our technicians use the most advanced software and manufacturing technologies to help our customers to achieve this goal and shape their ideas. Our comprehensive solution includes project analysis, design, prototypes and manufacture of a small batch production of parts in final material. We can collaborate with our clients at any stage of the process. Ask us your needs and we will get involved in your project.

Low volume manufacturing and end use parts
The manufacture of short series (small batches) is highly recommended if the product should be on the market within a short period of time. Also, when it is a first version of a new idea or concept, or the evolution of a previous version. The manufacturing of final pieces using additive manufacturing technologies allows to obtain pieces of polyamide (PA 12) without limitations regarding the geometry of the designs and without the need to invest in injection molds. In both cases, the reduction of time and cost of manufacturing components is an advantage over other traditional manufacturing methods. These generally present the problem of not being technically and economically viable for the manufacture of short series. Therefore, more and more, companies seek effective solutions through new technologies.
Painted parts
The painting of parts and prototypes is a very important part of the production process. The know-how in the application of painting in prototype parts and short series demands a commitment for a good result. At Ineo we have state-of-the-art facilities and qualified personnel to carry out high-performance painting work. We provide our painting service to companies in the automotive, white goods, lighting, cosmetics and medical laboratories sectors, which require high level finishes, adding value to their products.

Silicone parts
Our company manufactures short series of silicone parts that offer high versatility and high temperature resistance for the industrial, medical and food sector, complying with FDA regulations. These parts allow you to validate the design, functionality and applications to ensure that the pieces will meet the purpose for which they were created. The pieces have a long service life with high resistance to compression deformation, have excellent mechanical properties and are suitable for food and sanitary use in compliance with FDA regulations ("Food and Drug Administration, USA").

Metal 3D Printing - SLM
