WPC PROFILES (BIOMASS)
Innoprofile has a specific product line at its production plant for manufacturing profiles based on plastic and biomass composite materials, with smooth or embossed/stamped finishes. This technology allows us to improve the properties of the base polymer and/or use it as an aesthetic element, enhancing the aesthetic and mechanical properties of the final product. This enables us to manufacture WPC profiles of the highest quality. In addition, decorative foils can be applied in a wide variety of materials.
COEXTRUDED PROFILES
We can manufacture profiles with coextrusion of different materials, which is very useful for technical and functional aspects as well as for further aesthetic finishes. Thanks to our technology, profiles can be manufactured by coextrusion with 4 different materials at the same time.
TECHNICAL MATERIAL PROFILES
Thanks to our innovative technology, we can extrude high-performance technical materials suited to each project. Depending on our customers' needs, profiles can be manufactured in polysulfones, acetal, ABS, POM, etc. to meet the different technical requirements of each project. These profiles can also be co-extruded if required. In addition, decorative films can be applied in a wide variety of materials.
PROFILES WITH METAL INSERTS
Our company has the means and equipment needed for manufacturing profiles with metallic elements such as copper, aluminum, iron, etc., with the aim of increasing the resistance, giving conductive properties, or eliminating plastic flexion for example. We have the best capacity and technology to manufacture plastic profiles with metal inserts. In addition, it is also possible to apply decorated folio in a wide variety of materials.
FOAMED PROFILES
We have developed our own low-cost foaming system. This allows us to lighten the weight while minimizing the material used and maintaining all its mechanical resistance. As shown in the photo, it is possible to add an on-line co-extrusion to the profile for a high-quality exterior finish. It is also possible to apply aluminum or other semi-rigid material decorated folio.
TRANSPARENT PROFILES
At Innoprofile, we have the technology to extrude any transparent material, from a random PP to a polysulfone, or polycarbonates. Innoprofile can use agents that create a diffusion effect of the light to include LED lighting and remedy the possible damage to the sight. Our transparent profiles are manufactured with the latest innovation.
FOLIATED PROFILES
Unlike other producers, our company owns the necessary machinery for coating in line, this allows to optimize the production costs up to 50% as well as to use recycled material or 2nd quality since the decorative folio gives us an excellent finish. The applied decorative folio can be plastic, paper or aluminum or other semi-rigid material.
ONLINE MOUNTING
Thanks to the engineering department, Innoprofile is able to design any online process such as winded, drilled, die-cut, etc … According to the characteristics and needs of each project, the specific tools for the needed operations are developed. The image shows an illustrative example of a profile we manufacture that is assembled in a tube shape. According to the client’s needs, the shape and geometry of the profile can be changed.
