Bridge-type Systems
This is a bridge type measuring machine, available in different sizes to suit the customer’s needs. The Spark model, as all Trimek machines, is built simple but robust, with the use of the most advanced manufacturing technologies. The machine is wholly built in black granite in its three axis, achieving a high dimensional stability and precise controlled movements. The measuring system of each axis is mounted on Robax (a thermally inert material) which together with the granite construction, makes the Spark Gage an accurate and fast machine even under temperature variations. The Spark is ideal for high accuracy measurements, scanning and digitising tasks. Therefore, the Spark finds its application typically in the machining, mould and stamping market.

M3MH: Metrological CAD/CAM advanced software for CNC measurements
The M3MH software is an advanced solution with which it´s possible to optimize machining processes. It consists of a fully automated work environment and is based on a graphical interface, which allows very intuitive programming and is very easy to use. Regarding the control of the process, it is possible to obtain it before, during and after it. In this way, it is possible to acquire information in real time that allows decisions to be made in a much more reliable way and to carry out an optimized programming and manufacturing at the highest level. M3MH is a comprehensive and versatile software that provides several tools (CAD programming, measurement plans, offline programming, programming simulation, alignments, multi-geometries, dimensional and geometric tolerances, optimization of the set up to obtain the best version of the part in a specific position and with a concrete geometry, tool offset, machine compensation and reporting). These are useful to achieve a successful part and effective process control for machining centers.

Innovalia Metrology manufactures 2D and 3D ball artifacts up to 1.5m corner to corner spacing, to perform extremely fast interim checks of CMMs, equipped with contact systems and optical systems.
