ZM310 Steel Coil
ZM310 steel is a zinc-aluminum-magnesium (ZM) alloy coated steel that offers superior corrosion protection, including the ability to self-heal cut edges. Its alloy, composed of approximately 93.5% zinc, 3.5% aluminum, and 3% magnesium, makes it ideal for aggressive environments such as those containing chlorides or ammonia, and its application is more efficient than traditional galvanizing. Key Features Corrosion Resistance: Offers at least three times greater protection than standard galvanizing under outdoor conditions. Self-Healing: The alloy forms a protective layer that extends over cut edges, protecting areas exposed to corrosion. Hardness: It has a higher surface hardness than conventional galvanizing, giving it greater resistance to abrasive wear. Versatility: It is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including construction, agriculture (silos, farms), and solar photovoltaics. Components: The alloy is primarily composed of zinc (93.5%), aluminum (3.5%), and magnesium (3%). Environmentally friendly: It uses less zinc than pure zinc coatings, which contributes to the conservation of natural resources. Protection in aggressive environments: Its composition makes it very effective in environments with chlorides (swimming pools) or ammonia (farms).

Galvanized Sheet Coil
What is a Z275 galvanized steel coil? Z275 galvanized steel coil is a carbon steel sheet coated with zinc on both sides. This is produced through a metal coating process that passes cold-rolled coils through a bath filled with molten zinc.

IPN, IPE, HEA, HEB, UPN Beams
A beam is a hot-rolled steel profile shaped like an "H," "I," or "U" and used in construction. It is characterized by having flanges parallel and perpendicular to the web. It is a lightweight and strong profile, ideal for supporting heavy loads and distributing weight efficiently. High-strength steel: Made of high-strength steel and hot-rolled, it is ideal for structural applications.

STRUCTURAL TUBE
Structural tubing is a hollow steel profile designed to support loads in buildings and structures. It is strong and durable, available in round, square, or rectangular shapes, and is used in buildings, bridges, towers, and industrial fixtures. Its main advantages include high resistance to torsion and buckling, and ease of joining (welding) and assembly. Available in various types of steel.

C, Z Profile Forming
C-shaped steel profiles are the process of creating "C"-shaped steel profiles by cold-bending sheet metal, usually galvanized or black steel, on continuous roll forming machines. These profiles are used in lightweight construction to create support structures for roofs, enclosures, purlins, and floors, due to their strength and flexibility. Intecsa Steel also offers processing with the material supplied by the customer, which is known as "maquila."

Flat Sheet Metal
A flat sheet is a thin, smooth sheet of metal (such as steel, aluminum, or zinc) used in a variety of applications. Sheet metal is characterized by its flexibility, strength, and malleability, and comes in various finishes such as galvanized or lacquered. We offer a variety of materials.

Angles
A steel angle is a 90° "L"-shaped metal profile used in construction and manufacturing to support and reinforce structures. It is characterized by its high strength, versatility, and durability. It can be made with equal or unequal sides and is easy to work with by cutting, drilling, or welding. We offer various sizes and thicknesses.

Lacquered Sheet Metal Coil
A pre-coated coil is a roll of metal, commonly aluminum, coated with a layer of paint or lacquer. This lacquering process protects the metal, allows for a variety of colors and finishes (such as matte, satin, or gloss), and improves its resistance to corrosion and weathering. It is used in applications such as construction, food packaging, beverage containers, and electronic components.

Carbon Steel Coil
Carbon steel coils are available in coiled forms with a width of up to 2,000 millimeters. The thickness can range from 0.3 mm to 6 mm. Steel coils are ideal for multiple applications, thanks to the physical and mechanical properties of carbon steel.
