Lanema de Aluminios y Plásticos operates primarily in Engineering Plastics and Technical Aluminum, complemented by one of the most advanced cutting centers in Europe.
We serve the aerospace, aeronautical, industrial, food, and medical markets, with a focus on ensuring the best service.
It is a company of the Lanema Group, headquartered in Madrid, and has been present in the market for more than 35 years. Since its foundation, the company has undergone several evolutions (leading to an expansion from an area of 80m² to 20,000m² currently).
With a wide range of Engineering Plastics and Technical Aluminum, the company maintains a stock of up to 3,000 tons, as well as a specialized team dedicated to studying and advising on the most suitable solutions to meet the client's needs.

PC 1000
Amorphous plastic, PC 1000 has a high mechanical resistance as well as a good creep resistance. When faced with low temperatures, its level of resistance remains. Its dimensional stability is one of the important points, as well as its physiological inertia. PC 1000 is a translucent material and is used in many optical applications.

WATERJET CUTTING MACHINES
MODERN CUTTING TECHNOLOGY TAILORED TO YOUR PROJECT In order to provide our customers with the most modern cutting services on the market, we have invested in state-of-the-art equipment namely waterjet cutting equipment, and currently we have a set of 5-axis waterjet cutting machines with cutting capacity up to 6000x2000x200 mm and with an accuracy of approximately ± 0.1 mm (depending on the material). This installed capacity of cutting service enables: an output increase of produced parts production of bigger sized parts production of parts of increased complexity.

LINEAR AND CIRCULAR CUTTING
HIGH PRECISION & SQUARENESS CUTTING Poly Lanema has a 2,000 m2 cutting area, with the latest advanced equipment and a number of different cutting types. The types of cutting available at Poly Lanema ensure maximum precision and squareness, with a capacity to undertake cuts up to: 2000x6000 mm in area, 800 mm in thickness and up to 0.1 mm in precision. For round cutting, the capacity is from Ø 250 mm to Ø 2,500 mm, with maximum thickness of 400 mm. Both Engineered Plastics and Technical Aluminium can be cut in the plate, tube, sheet, profile or bar formats. To do this, Poly Lanema has specific equipment to guarantee the maximum integrity of the product, reducing the risk of any loss of mechanical and structural properties. Reflecting an awareness of environmental and ecological concerns, Polylanema separates its waste (by suction) and sends it for recycling, thus minimizing its environmental impact. All its operators use appropriate safety equipment and, in conjunction with obstruction sensors on the equipment itself (which perform automatic shut-downs in the event of danger), this has prevented the occurrence of any accidents to date.

Engineering plastic, SODER ® POM offers greater dimensional stability than polyamides despite having a lower resistance to wear. It is characterized by good resistance to hydrolysis, strong alkaline solutions and degradation by thermal oxidation.
