MESBOOK (MESLIDER GESTION DE OPERACIONES)
About us
MESbook is a technological tool, plus a team of industrial specialists, to manage your factory from direct data analyzed in real time: Productivity, Quality, Costs...
Industrial engineers by origin, factory freaks, have developed the product that they would have liked to be offered when they were running factories.
Pioneers of Industry 4.0. in Spain, since 2012, today leading the implementations of Industry 4.0 in Spain. Present throughout the national geography and initiating international projects: Portugal, Mexico, Morocco, USA...
Team of approximately 70 people generating value in more than 150 projects from 15 different sectors, thanks to four pillars in which MESbook is unique:
INDUSTRIAL KNOW HOW – TECHNOLOGY – SERVICE/ASSISTANCE – BUSINESS MODEL.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE The Continuous Improvement module of MESbook transforms every idea into a tangible and measurable result within the factory. It allows opportunities for improvement to be managed in a structured way, ensuring that each initiative directly impacts productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Through an integrated digital workflow, factories can identify, prioritize, and execute action plans with assigned responsibilities, deadlines, and real-time tracking. The system facilitates on-site communication through internal messaging, customizable dashboards for operators and supervisors, and configurable alerts. The solution provides visual dashboards and management panels to monitor the status of each improvement, analyze historical KPIs, and supervise the plant in real time from any device. Additionally, the screen carousel continuously displays key information on industrial monitors, while automatic reports keep management and responsible personnel always informed. Every suggestion recorded, whether in TOP meetings or directly in the system, undergoes a process of evaluation, prioritization, and action plan design. This ensures that proposed improvements progress through execution, impact analysis, and final documentation. The module integrates natively with other MESbook areas—production, quality, maintenance, costs, or logistics—allowing cross-functional management aligned with the factory’s strategy. In short, it is the tool that turns continuous improvement into a daily, transparent, and measurable operational practice.

VIRTUAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
The Virtual Operations Director (VOD) is an advanced MESbook feature that acts as an intelligent plant supervisor. Based on generative AI agents, it analyzes real-time production data, detects deviations in key performance indicators, and converts them into concrete recommendations and actions to optimize operations without constant supervision. Its goal is to reduce reaction times, minimize human errors, and support tactical and strategic decision-making with contextualized and reliable information. The VOD does not replace the supervisor; rather, it amplifies their management capacity, enabling the factory to operate as a connected, proactive, and intelligent system. Key applications include continuous production monitoring with automatic detection of deviations in OEE, quality, or consumption; automation of operational decisions, generating alerts, incidents, or batch holds; support for planning and logistics by anticipating material and resource needs; and driving continuous improvement through the analysis of historical patterns and past results. The system is organized into modules: Perception, which receives real-time data from ERP, SCADA, sensors, and operators; Cognitive Core, which evaluates deviations against standards; Action, which transforms decisions into tasks within MESbook; and the Agent Orchestrator, which integrates a global view of production, quality, and logistics. Expected outcomes are clear: higher productivity and quality, reduced waste and extra costs, fewer human errors, and a cultural shift toward fast, reliable decision-making. The VOD complements MES and LEAN practices by taking digitalization a step further: it turns data into intelligent decisions, prioritizes critical actions, and frees staff for higher-value tasks, ensuring a direct impact on factory profitability and competitiveness.
