Telescopic slides
norelem offers 33 types of telescopic sliders in different designs and sizes. Thanks to the wide range, the products can be used in a variety of applications: from machine construction and plants to the furniture industry and aviation. In any case, the high quality of the telescopic slides guarantees reliable operation and a long life.

Shaft-hub clamping sets stainless steel
Shaft-hub clamping sets from norelem form a frictional connection between a shaft and hub. Generally, they are designated as standard connection elements in machine construction. Their task is to transfer torque and power from a rotating shaft to a hub, or visa-versa. They can also be used to transfer other forces such as axial or transverse forces, such as those that occur with gearwheels or toothed pulleys. Keyless locking couplings have a very low moment of inertia, which means that they can react very quickly to rotation movements. They also require only a minimum of space. Installation and dismantling is carried out easily and quickly with a central nut. In addition to stainless steel versions, norelem also offers keyless locking couplings in eight different forms.

Indexing plunger, stainless steel with remote actuation
Indexing plungers are used where any change in locking position due to lateral forces should be prevented. Some examples of this are for length, height and position indexing in machine, furniture and special vehicle construction. Indexing plungers with remote actuation are used where inaccessible assembly spaces are making it difficult to operate, or where remote actuation is required for ergonomic or safety reasons. The indexing plunger is connected to the operator side by a Bowden cable. The combination of indexing plunger and actuating element forms a complete system which can be used for many types of application. Form D should be used for applications where the indexing pin should remain disengaged for an extended period and be prevented from springing back. As an alternative to the actuating element, the supplied screw nipple (Ø5 x 7 mm) can be used to integrate an individual actuating element into the system. The Bowden cable is available in various lengths. To ensure an exact fit in the application concerned, the Bowden cable can be shortened as required during installation. Corrosion protection is achieved by selecting a suitable material and surface treatment. The wire cable or cable sheath can be easily replaced if required.

Recessed handle, aluminium, fold-down
With their modern design recessed fold-down handles can be used wherever solid and attractive handles are required. Handles Form A snap into both resting and working positions. Handles Form B swivel back into the resting position automatically after use.

Cycle counter, mechanical, square design
Mechanical cycle counter for reliable monitoring of tool movements on injection moulding and punching tools. The cycle counter has a 7 digit mechanical counter. The counter cannot be reset. The shift travel is 3.7 mm. The cycle counter is easy to install, completely maintenance-free and requires no power supply. These cycle counters are available for right-hand or left-hand use.

Cam-action indexing plungers stainless steel
Cam-action indexing plunger are used where any change in locking position due to lateral forces should be prevented. Turning the grip through 180° retracts the indexing pin, enabling a change in the indexed position. The notch ensures that the grip remains in this position and the indexing pin remains retracted.

Snap locks stainless steel with grip, fold-down
With their countersunk grip, these snap locks are designed for flush installation in doors, hatches and covers. Available in two different sizes for different door leaf thicknesses. Additional security with lockable variants. The locks have a single key system, all locks can be opened with the same key. The pre-tensioned grip prevents rattling. Max. torque to tighten the screws: 2.4 Nm. Form A: lockable Form B: not lockable

Positioning bushes, steel or stainless steel with status sensor
Positioning bushes form a locating point for pin type operating and indexing elements and enable these to be securely and precisely engaged herein. The positioning bushes with status sensor have a variably adjustable sensor integrated in the bush. These enable electronic feedback as to whether a pin is located in the positioning bush or not. When using several bushes, it can be determined in which one an operating or indexing element is located.

Smart Products
With the growing prominence of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 4.0, modern workshops are quickly transforming into smart and connected environments. To easily verify clamping and stops before machining, with ergonomic and intuitive implementation, take advantage of this technology.
