Oxiplant is an innovative laser cutting company with extensive experience and know-how in its sector. Our company specialises in laser cutting and oxy-fuel cutting, as well as in the transformation and marketing of metal products, from industrial sheet metal to metal profiles and tubes. We are a steel transformation centre integrated in the group of laser cutting companies and oxycutting companies.
Our main clients are companies in the metallurgical sector, from boilermaking companies, machining companies, manufacturers of metal structures, capital goods, turnkey projects, as well as companies in the naval, automotive and renewable energy sectors.
Products

OXYCUTTING
Oxy cutting carbon steel panels with numerical control using a plan, CAD file or client specifications. The panel can be provided or drawn from the client’s own supply, with guaranteed traceability of all parts, as well as the removal of burrs from the edges of the same.

LASER CUTTING
Equipped with TRUMPF CO2 laser cutting technology, this offers high productivity and flexibility. It is very suitable for cutting small pieces from fine metal panels. It can make high quality cuts including perforations and very small pieces in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium plate. Laser making We have five machines, some of which are equipped with a bevel head for making interior and exterior chamfered edges, in both straight and curved pieces. It also includes a system for laser marking. Laser cutting of large panels Equipped with the latest in solid state laser cutting technology “YAG” by TRUMPF, we offer our clients precision cutting and finishing at very competitive prices. This type of compact solid state laser generates a laser beam which is guided to the machining position via optical fibre cable; with 6600 watts of power and a bench measuring 16 metres, you can cut considerable thicknesses in the most challenging working conditions, with best results in materials which are highly reflective and have increased thermal conductivity such as aluminium and copper, and is especially recommended for cutting large and thick pieces which require very fine edges.

High definition plasma cutting
Cutting with high definition plasma of any type of carbon steel, as well as stainless steel and aluminium, guaranteeing maximum precision finishes. Our machinery incorporates the engraving service to facilitate work on folding guidelines, boiler work designs, etc.

Laser Tube Cutting
We have TRUMPF TUBEMATIC machinery, which is specially intended for the totally automated machining of tubes and profiles, with enough versatility to create grooves and complex shapes in square or round section tubes. One of its main characteristics is its capacity for high quality cuts in carbon steel and stainless steel, leaving clean surfaces without oxides or burrs. The machines are equipped with automatic raw material feeders, as well as the specific tube cutter software TruTops Tube to optimise operation, reduce the manufacturing time and to adapt to the requirements of the job in hand

Plasma Tube Cutting
We offer the latest technology in plasma tube and profile cutting. Our machine cuts, bevels, drills and threads in a single process, without the need to move the part to be modified to other machines. It also has an alignment system that compensates for any variations or bending/twisting that the parts to be cut may have. This means that the precision in each finish and the reduction in production time is much greater than that achieved with other tube cutting equipment.

Panel bending
Oxiplant offers the possibility of transforming your pieces and giving them the finish required for the job and to be able to provide fully finished pieces. These services include that of bending metal panels. When metal panels are not bent properly, it has a knock-on effect on other processes, such as welding, assembly and painting, which all become considerably more difficult. This affects the use of materials and increases the labour necessary, raising the cost of the job. This is why bending is such an important procedure, and the panel bending service of Oxiplant is a high-precision process. The process of cutting and bending panels is common to many projects, and to carry it out effectively and accurately, Oxiplant has a cutting and bending service for metals such as stainless steel panels and aluminium panels. The bending machine operators carry out their work in accordance with a series of qualitative and quantitative control points that guarantee high-precision and quality bending. The high-precision panel bending can work with pieces up to 4000 mm long and 12 mm thick. We offer an enormous range of bends, for different types and sizes of pieces, adapting to the nature and bending requirements of each piece. Our target is to achieve maximum precision and efficiency in all our processes through our use of advanced technology, better productivity and safety in panel bending, with the aim of satisfying the different demands and requirements of each project.
