About us
Plasnor, a leading company in the production of plastic materials through sheet and plate extrusion processes and thermoforming of parts. With over 50 years of experience, we have distinguished ourselves by working with the most demanding sectors.
Extrusion: At Plasnor, we specialize in custom manufacturing through co-extrusion of plastic sheets and coils. We extrude sheets of thermoplastic materials such as ABS, HIPS, ABS FR, PS/PE Blend, ABS/PC Blend, and ABS/PMMA for sectors such as Industry, Furniture, Sanitary, Motorhomes, Bus & Coach, POS, Thermoforming, etc. Custom manufacturing includes dimensions, color, embossings/engravings, finishes (Glossy, Matte, Metallic, Decorative, etc.), additives (UV, antimicrobial, etc.). We also manufacture plates with recycled materials.
-Thermoforming: We manufacture and co-design with our clients large thermoformed parts (>500x500 mm) for sectors such as Bus & Coach, Motorhomes, Transport trays for automotive components, Industry, Renewable Energies, etc.

Plates for refrigeration sector
We supply the refrigeration sector with antifreon PS sheets and coils suitable for the interior and sides of cold rooms and refrigerators.
Tailor made rolls and sheets for industry
At Plasnor we produce tailor made rolls and sheets in dimensions, colour, finishes, in styrenics materials (PS, ABS, ABS/PMMA, PS-PE Blends) and FR materials for industrial applications.

Thermoformed parts
In Plasnor's Thermoforming division, we co-design thermoformed parts with our clients, build moulds for prototypes and series and manufacture thermoformed parts and subassemblies ready for assembly. We manufacture all types of parts such as: Fairings, protections, trims, bumpers, transport trays, bumpers, tanks, etc. in all types of thermoplastic materials. We work for sectors such as motorhomes, bus bodywork, railways, renewable energies, automotive/production logistics, furniture, industry, etc. We have the capacity to produce thermoformed parts of up to 3 x 2 x 0.9 m.
