About us
Company founded in 1973 dedicated to manufacture springs of all types, as well as, shaped and derived from wire and strip, in different qualities of steel, high carbon, medium carbon and low carbon (qualities EN 10270-1, EN 10270-2, EN 10016-2 C9D or C4D, St 37.2, St 50.2, etc). Also stainless steels (EN 10270-3, AISI 304, AISI 316, Etc) and different types of alloys (Inconel, Monel, Beryllium Bronze, Brass, etc). All these qualities we can work in wire diameters from 0.1 mm to 8.00 mm in any type of series and up to 75 mm in short series, as well as, in wires with shaped section (square, rectangular, triangular, etc)
Products
Compression Springs
Resortes Galicia produces all kinds of compression springs, cylindrical shape and multiform , with constant or variable pitch, round wire , square or rectangular section using both cold process and hot. Both carbon steel, stainless, alloy and special materials like Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy... Our range of machines allows us to work from 0.10 to 16mm wire diameter cold and hot 16 mm up to 65mm. These springs can lead operations like grinding, blocking, shot peening, as well as surface coatings.
Extension Springs
These springs are made of carbon steel wire, stainless steel or special alloys from 0.10 mm to 16mm wire diameter. We can manufacture all kinds of springs with German hook, English hook, American hook, closed, open, double loop, etc.
Torsion Springs
Our torsion machines have a working range of 0.20 mm up to 12mm wire diameter in carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire or special alloys in cold and up to 45 mm wire diameter in hot. Resortes Galicia can produce torsion springs in so different ways : simple torsion , double torsion and special shapes.
Wire shapes
Our machines can form 2D and 3D wire with multiple special folded and all final forms, with special chamfers, etc... In wire diameters from 0.20 mm to 16 mm in carbon steel, stainless steel, special alloys or iron.
Strip shapes
In strip, we manufacture all kind of coil springs with special pin, holes or any type of anchor. We also manufacture all kinds of pieces in strips with Special formed from thicknesses of 0.20 mm to 3 mm in widths from 2 mm to 60 mm.
Springs with Superalloys
We manufacture any type of spring with superalloys such as Inconel (600, 625, 718 or X750), Incoloy, Hastelloy, Nimonic, Monel, Phynox, MP35N, Waspaloy, Titanium, etc. from wire Ø 0.20 mm to Ø 20.00 mm.
