ISO 14001 standards and the QRM & Agile strategies.
Products

Manual welding
We perform TIG, MIG and MMA welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and titanium, tailored to each project’s specifications. Our certified team of welders handles both fine, delicate work and heavier structures. We are TÜV Rheinland certified under EN1090-1, EN1090-2, EN1090-3 and ISO 3834, allowing us to produce and certify CE-marked welded assemblies. This method is ideal for short runs or one-off parts requiring custom adjustments and visual control.

Robotic welding
Automating the welding process allows us to deliver high speed, precision and repeatability in medium to large production runs. We use a state-of-the-art FANUC robot with a 1,200 mm rotary table and MIG setup, ideal for consistent welds and excellent finishes. We are TÜV Rheinland certified under EN1090-1, EN1090-2, EN1090-3 and ISO 3834, which enables us to produce CE-marked welded assemblies. A perfect solution for demanding projects in terms of productivity and quality.

Laser Cutting for Metal
We offer high-precision laser cutting for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass, handling all shapes and thicknesses. Our state-of-the-art fiber laser machines — two AMADA units (9 kW and 4 kW) — cut sheets up to 4,000 x 2,000 mm and 30 mm thick. The process delivers clean, fast, contact-free cuts, ideal for technical or complex parts. An integrated smart storage system streamlines loading and unloading, adding speed and flexibility to production.
Bending CNC
CNC-controlled bending ensures highly precise, repeatable and flexible results, even for complex shapes. At our facility, we use advanced equipment like the Amada HRB 1003 ATC and Bendmak CY4R-HHS roll bender to process stainless steel, aluminium, copper and other metals of various thicknesses. With CAD/CAM software, we simulate each part in 3D prior to production to ensure feasibility and accuracy from the first unit. An ideal solution for both short series and demanding production runs.
CNC Machining
CNC machining enables the production of highly precise metal parts with speed, consistency and excellent finish. We use TopSolid CAD/CAM software to simulate each part in 3D before machining, ensuring feasibility and perfect results from the first piece. Our equipment handles a wide range of materials and tolerances, with a versatile setup that includes 5-axis machining centers, large-capacity CNC lathes, milling machines, boring machines, saws and tapping tools. We carry out milling, turning, drilling and threading operations, adapting every project to the customer’s specific requirements.
Reverse Engineering
Reproducing or improving an existing part without original drawings is achievable with our reverse engineering service. Using high-precision 3D laser scanning and advanced software, we capture the full geometry of the component and reconstruct it in CAD (2D or 3D). Once validated, the part can be manufactured accurately and, if needed, optimized in design or function. The process covers technical analysis, design, production and final inspection with metrology tools, ensuring reliable and precise results at every stage.

Laser welding
We use 1.5 kW handheld fiber laser technology to join metal parts with maximum precision and cleanliness. This non-contact process is perfect for complex geometries and delicate materials, leaving no burrs or distortions. We are TÜV Rheinland certified under EN1090-1, EN1090-2, EN1090-3 and ISO 3834, allowing us to produce and certify CE-marked welded assemblies. A great option for small, technical or aesthetic parts requiring a flawless, durable joint.
Technical Office
We provide tailored solutions from the earliest stages of a project, thanks to our highly specialized technical team and state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software. Using tools like SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, AMADA AOM and TopSolid, we create accurate 2D and 3D models and simulate the manufacturing process before production. This minimizes errors, saves time and ensures the final result meets all client specifications. We also perform quality verification using 3D laser metrology and apply reverse engineering when components need to be replicated or redesigned. A comprehensive solution for the full industrial development cycle.
