New industrial dot-percussion marking machine with touch screen, guarantee reliable, quality, fast and unalterable marking, directly on the part and against all kinds of hard materials, especially metals. The marking of texts, logos, Datamatrix codes, is defined by a succession of points made by a tungsten carbide tip, integrated into an electromagnetic striker. This portable marking machine is suitable for the identification and marking of heavy, bulky or difficult-to-access parts. With a robust and reliable design, the E-Touch incorporates a color touch screen that offers a very intuitive interface based on icons. The fluid, ergonomic interface allows for two-handed programming, using it like a smartphone. Its touch screen can also be used with or without gloves, making it perfectly suitable for use in an industrial environment. The new VIEW and MARK feature, a full scale 1:1 viewing window, allows you to preview the mark exactly as it will be applied to the part. The L-BOX is a COMPACT Laser marking station that is easy to install on a table or bench, or can also be supplied with its chassis. It is intended for industrial traceability and identification applications. The station is designed to mark a broad variety of parts, for a low operating and maintenance cost. Its HEAVY DUTY COMPONENTS allow it to operate in any industrial environment. Small, medium and even large production runs can be marked, as the L-BOX is designed for INTENSIVE AND MULTI-FUNCTION UTILISATION.

The LASERTAGMARK is a FULLY AUTOMATED LASER MARKING STATION that will allow you to simultaneously manage the marking of your plates, on a SINGLE, SAFE AND SYNCHRONISED WORK STATION with your own data. PLATES ARE MARKED IN SERIES, AUTOMATICALLY. Operator presence is not necessary. The TAGMARK LASER can be equipped with lasers of VARIOUS POWER RATINGS, for deeper marking or marking at higher rates. The ytterbium-enhanced SIC Marking fibre laser is a latest generation technology that enables high quality marking without affecting the piece, and with a shorter cycle time. After marking, the plates are removed into a recovery tray or, on option, by a plate gravity stacking system. Marking is also possible on individual parts if desired. Direct loading into the marking zone also allows plates of formats other than those programmed in the loading zone to be marked.

The I-104 EASY is a FIBRE LASER marking head, THAT CAN BE INTEGRATED INTO YOUR PRODUCTION LINES. Our EASY laser marking systems are equipped with proven technology, with an ytterbium-enhanced fibre laser source and SEVERAL POWER RATINGS AVAILABLE to meet your needs. The I-104 EASY marking laser is designed to mark parts at HIGH RATES in any industrial environment. It provides HIGH QUALITY MARKING on many materials (steel, aluminium alloy, stainless steel, titanium, plastics, etc.). The I-104 EASY laser marking head marks high definition logos, alphanumeric codes, and 1D, 2D and datamatrix codes, with precision and contrast. The I-104 EASY laser is extremely COMPACT and is therefore very EASY TO INSTALL in a box or on a production line It can operate with or without a PC. Without a PC, a single connection can fully control the laser from your PLC. It is therefore very simple to integrate our laser machines on all production lines that use Profibus, Profinet or Ethernet/IP (boards on option) field buses. The I-104 laser is very COMPETITIVE. The LASER F.I.T. is A LASER MARKING UNIT WITH A SAFETY SLEEVE, designed for integration into production lines. This all-in-one integrable solution includes the supply and the protections required to efficiently and safely mark parts on a production line. The marking unit is particularly COMPACT AND LIGHT (13 kg), for easy integration. The LASER F.I.T. is actually READY FOR INTEGRATION AS CLASS 1. For the protection of persons close by, the beam is enclosed in a sleeve that contains the radiation. Various sizes of sleeve are available, to match your marking sizes and surfaces: 34 mm x 32 mm, 100 mm x 32 mm, 100 mm x 100 mm. Other sizes are possible on request. Connecting the LASER F.I.T. to your PLC is extremely simple. A SINGLE Profinet, Profibus or Ethernet IP type connection provides quick and easy integration. The LASER F.I.T. has AN INTEGRAL COMPENSATOR that guarantees optimum marking. This eliminates the need for expensive and fragile electronic autofocusing. This mechanical autofocusing compensates changes in settings, parts, tolerances or robot arm precision, for an ideal focal length that guarantees perfect marking. To guarantee performance in the long term, the LASER F.I.T. incorporates specifications and specific accessories that PROTECT and ENSURE THAT THE UNIT OPERATES PROPERLY in severe production environments, for example, an access hatch for the lens protection glass, or a fume or particle evacuation system.

The XXL-BOX is a laser marking station designed to MARK particularly LARGE PARTS. With a depth of 820 mm and the ability to mark parts up to 520 mm high, this station has THE GREATEST MARKING VOLUME ON THE MARKET. The fibre laser used by this station is ytterbium-enhanced. This is a latest generation technology that enables HIGH QUALITY MARKING WITHOUT AFFECTING THE MATERIAL, irrespective of the material (steel, aluminium alloy, stainless steel, titanium, plastics, etc.) and with a shorter cycle time. In order to meet the various needs, the XXL-BOX is available in 3 WIDTHS (800, 1200 or 1600 mm) and can be equipped with many standard or custom options, which makes it a particularly MODULABLE machine. Used as a standalone station, the XXL-BOX is extremely ERGONOMIC for the operator, in particular due to easy access to a very large piece loading zone. The system status is indicated by LED lights in the top strip on the enclosure. The interior of the work zone is lit up by LEDs, providing optimum working conditions for the user. Optional MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC axes allow the LASER to be moved within the entire zone to mark parts. When the XXL-BOX laser marking machine is integrated into a robotised cell, ONLY ONE CONNECTION TO THE LASER CONTROL RACK is needed for the island PLC to manage the entire station. The station can thus communicate marking data, open and close the automatic door to load and unload parts, start the marking or start up the fumes evacuation. The XXL-BOX equipment provides MAXIMUM SAFETY during use. In addition to a CLASS 1 safety enclosure (standard EN 60825-1), the laser XXL-BOX has a PL-E SAFETY LEVEL, WHICH IS THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE ACCORDING TO STANDARD ISO 13849-1. The XXL-BOX provides high contrast engraving, readable with the naked eye, or instantaneously by reading cameras integral with the station. The marking may be alphanumeric codes, barcodes or 2D Datamatrix codes.
