Piezas de precisión
We manufacture precision parts using chemical photoengraving and/or micro laser cutting. Tolerances up to +/- 10 microns using micro laser cutting and +/- 0.1 mm using chemical photoengraving.
PCBA Tooling
Tools for soldering THT components, SMD mounting trays, screen printing trays, JEDEC trays, universal carriages, Pressfit, varnish masks, depaneling templates.
3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing
We offer all kinds of 3D printing solutions. Prototypes, pre-series and final parts. Paint finishes, dying, vapor smoothing or metal inserts can be used without any problem to obtain fully functional final parts.
Precision Stencils for SMD
Tooling for PCB solder paste deposition. We can manufacture in various formats: aluminum frames, self-tensioning sheet of any format, Tetrabond, and Vectorguard. We have the capacity to manufacture multilevel stencils using CNC and laser welding. We also offer various post-processes: electropolishing and nanocoating. This allows us to provide a solution to any need in terms of SMD component soldering.
