Solitium 3D Engineering Services
At Grupo Solitium, we have developed a line of engineering services, based on our experience with various 3D technologies and equipment, for companies implementing additive manufacturing processes. This line of services is designed to cover the model development and digitization needs of companies that, due to their limited design capacity, are experiencing delays in implementing these technologies. At Grupo Solitium, we help our clients adapt 3D technology to their production process. We provide advice on equipment operation, materials engineering, and manufacturing processes specific to each technology. The 3D services we offer include: Digitization or obtaining STL and CAD models from drawings and/or 3D scans of physical parts. Validation and repair of 3D files to make their production viable using the appropriate additive manufacturing technology. Optimization for additive manufacturing and adaptation of parts to meet the specific specifications of the target technologies. Assembly simplification, which involves unifying design parts, leveraging the capabilities of additive manufacturing. Topological and functional optimization. Reduction in weight and material costs during printing.

Formlabs Form4
Form 4 and its biocompatible version, Form 4B, work with unprecedented speed, finishing most of your prints in less than two hours, with all materials and without sacrificing dimensional accuracy or surface finish. Form 4 combines a new print engine with enhancements from the Formlabs materials portfolio (23 unique resins for the Form 4 and 37 for the Form 4B available at launch), as well as new accessories and post-finishing solutions and an experience improved user interface.

Formlabs Fuse 1+
The Formlabs Fuse 1+ is a production-ready nylon 3D printer, powered by an affordable and compact Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) platform. It is designed for minimal maintenance. It has a color touch screen, an interface that guides the user throughout the printing process and allows a printing volume of 165x165x300 millimeters capable of manufacturing from full-scale prototypes to large batches of various end-use parts.

Formlabs Form 4L
Formlabs' next-generation large-format resin 3D printer takes the speed, precision, and reliability of the Form 4 to a whole new level. The Form 4L and its biocompatible counterpart, the Form 4BL, are based on the same revolutionary Low Force Display™ (LFD) technology as the Form 4 and Form 4B, but are designed to produce parts nearly five times larger than those available on our desktop models. When it comes to creating full-scale prototypes, on-demand manufacturing fixtures, or end-use products for delivery to consumers, the Form 4L delivers high-quality prints in record time, with even fully filled build volumes typically printed in less than six hours. Along with new SLS printing powders and the opening of the Formlabs ecosystem to third-party materials, the Form 4L represents the continuation of Formlabs' commitment to creating tools that empower users to bring their ideas to life, regardless of their scale and complexity.

Zortrax M300 Dual
Zortrax M300 Dual can speed up printing thanks to the Speed Mode feature available in a free firmware update. Print speed can be adjusted during the ongoing printing process without having to hit the pause button. Zortrax Speed Mode is a great option in batch production, rapid prototyping, as well as projects where models undergo further post-processing. The M300 Dual is an efficient time-saving device fitted with advanced sensors to oversee the 3D printing process from start to finish with almost no supervision required.

Samylabs Alba 300
The Samylabs 3D printer uses powder bed fusion, a leading technology for manufacturing precision metal objects with complex geometries, producing final parts with excellent mechanical properties. The Alba 300, a metal 3D printer developed by Samylabs, is capable of manufacturing parts that are impossible to produce using other techniques, as it allows for the creation of support and filler structures, or the ability to manipulate the density of the material while avoiding internal pores. The Samylabs 3D printer works with three materials: stainless steel (A316L), tool steel (C300), and Inconel (IN718). It also facilitates the creation of lightweight objects and reduces the number of components required to be manufactured.

AMT 3D Post-Processing Equipment
Post-processing technology for a perfect finish for your 3D parts The production of a 3D printed part doesn't end at the printer. Post-processing is required to complete it for final use. Traditional methods are slow, difficult to predict, and can account for up to 60% of the part's cost. PostPro, developed by AMT, is a digital post-production technology platform that automates the manual and costly steps associated with short-run post-processing and prototyping, enabling the functional production of high-volume end-use parts. AMT equipment delivers improved part performance, quality, cost, and safety, and enables reproducible results without degradation of the part's mechanical properties, with an injection-molded finish.
