calibration software TORKMASTER 5.2 (standard DIN EN ISO 6789:2017.)
TORKMASTER 5.2 enables you to calibrate torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers easily and quickly while taking full account of the new standard DIN EN ISO 6789:2017. A major advantage of the software is the statistical data it contains for all common STAHLWILLE torque tools and calibrating square-drive insert tools. The use of this data enables you quickly and easily to perform a calibration taking into account all measurement uncertainties. If you already use our TORKMASTER 4, you can, of course, transfer your existing data. The installation includes a tool that makes it easy for them to select and transfer all the data.

MANOSKOP® 766 DAPTIQ
Thanks to the bidirectional interface, MANOSKOP® 766 DAPTIQ can receive instructions and respond wirelessly to signals from the network. To do so, it uses the ISM frequency 868 MHz resp. 915 MHz. Additional benefits Accurate: two measuring methods (torque / tightening angle). Simply more eficient: dispensing with cable connections makes it easy to apply settings from the production control system quickly and efciently. One for all the receiver station is able to process data from several MANOSKOP® 766 DAPTIQs at the same time. High-performance: MANOSKOP® 766 DAPTIQ uses the ISM band (868 MHz) for wireless communication – the exclusive frequency range for industry, science and medical applications. For use in the USA, it is also available for the 915 MHz frequency band. Multisensory: acoustic and visual assessment of the joint. Exact: thanks to the extremely low display deviation value (±2% for torque and ±1% for angle).

TORSIOTRONIC - Electromechanical Torque Screwdriver
Electromechanical torque screwdriver – Torsiotronic – for precise tightening with electronic logging Bolted joints with defined torques and subsequent logging are playing an increasingly important role in manufacturing processes as well as in service and maintenance. Stahlwille offers a practical alternative to large torque wrenches for tightening fasteners where only low tightening torques are required or where there is not enough space for larger tools: the Torsiotronic is an electromechanical torque screwdriver for work where the highest precision is paramount. The tool combines the accuracy of a precise, electronic measurement with the familiar "click" of a mechanical tool: the patented technology triggers with a tactile and audible signal when the target torque is reached. There are many areas of application for this torque screwdriver – when working on installation technology in industry and, in particular, in the aviation and automotive sectors. Users benefit from higher process dependability and work accuracy. The ability to store electronic logs of the bolted joints extends the range of applications and makes it easier for users to provide continuous verification of quality work. The four available versions of the Torsiotronic cover a wide torque range: 12 – 120 cN·m, 300 – 300 cN·m, 60 – 600 cN·m and 100 to 1000 cN·m. The integrated ratcheting bit-holder with 80 teeth provides a tight ratchet angle of only 4.5°, which enables particularly sensitive working – ideal for hard-to-reach fasteners. After the tool trips, the slip mechanism prevents the preset tightening torque from being inadvertently exceeded, which protects against overtightening. This torque screwdriver can be used for both clockwise and anticlockwise tightening.

The TTS93 tool trolley is the new entry-level model in the series and features excellent functionality, is well equipped and has an attractive design. At STAHLWILLE, we do not make compromises. That is why our latest Tool Trolley model - the TTS93 - includes so many features from the tried-and-tested TTS series. ·Central locking ·High static load capacity ·Oil and add acid resistant, smooth- running wheels ·All drawers can be extended 100%. Equipment variants for every need The TTS93 tool trolley is offered by Stahlwille both empty and with a choice of three different tool compilations for industry, the trades and automotive. The versions with 111- and 135-piece tool sets are intended to provide an initial set of equipment, while the tool set with 168 items leaves nothing to be desired. Depending on the version selected, the equipment includes sockets, ratcheting bit-holders with sets of bits, screwdrivers, pliers and cutters through to fine-tooth ratchets. The 168-piece tool set also includes the MANOSKOP 721QR Quick, a clicking torque wrench with a permanently installed ratchet and QuickRelease safety lock for a measuring range from 40 to 200 Nm.

STAHLWILLE SmartCheck family grows
The importance of the controlled tightening of fasteners in production and assembly tasks is well known and it is also becoming increasingly important for maintenance and service work. How can the functions of torque and angle tightening tools used for this purpose be checked simply and reliably? This is precisely the reason why Stahlwille has developed the SmartCheck product family to provide a solution that is both safe and efficient. With the SmartCheck, end users can check torque tools themselves to ensure that the tools are working exactly within the specified tolerance ranges. This year, the SmartCheck range will be extended with the introduction of three new devices. The highlight is the SmartCheck ANGLE model, which is the first device worldwide that can test the function of an angle-controlled torque wrench. In launching this model, Stahlwille has responded to the increasing demand in this special field of torque technology. Two additional new models have extended the possibilities to read out and store the readings and even process them in Industry 4.0 environments. In addition to a version with a USB interface, the SmartCheck DAPTIQ tester now also provides a model with an interface for linking to quality assurance systems and other process capability software solutions. For example, this allows automated workflows to be created in which every torque tool is checked before the CAQ system releases it for production tasks. Regardless of the individual model, the simple and intuitive SmartCheck testers offer numerous unique advantages. The test reading is automatically evaluated directly on the device by means of an LED display based on the parameters set for the test and using the traffic light logic. The compact design of the device with its rotatable display allows simple mounting in workshops, production facilities and service vehicles. Besides classic operation with a mains adapter, it can also be battery powered.

No. 17 – but not as you know it.
Excellent – when good gets even better. The No 17 Open-Ratch combined open-jaw & ring ratchet spanner is now also available in 21, 22 and 24 mm. The integrated ratchet with a double hexagon for clockwise or anticlockwise use has a working angle of 5°. The chrome-plated surface with the rounded STAHLWILLE finish provides sufficient grip even with dirty hands. And the best thing is the tool is now also available as No 17F in sizes from 9-24 mm as a flat version. Both ring ratchet spanners (17 and 17F) are available in a convenient set in a robust roll-up wallet - or in individual sizes. Strong and extremely tough. There are many spanners available. But hardly any that are as well thought out as STAHLWILLE spanners. The non-slip finish means all our spanners fit comfortably in the hand, even when used for long periods of time and when higher forces are applied. Lighter. The thumb groove along the spanner handle eliminates material where there is no stress and concentrates it where it is needed. Similar to the principle of an H-beam in construction, extreme load-bearing capacity and maximum flexural strength are achieved with lower weight. More precise. Our very tight manufacturing tolerances and reproducible dimensional accuracy ensure that one STAHLWILLE spanner is as close-fitting as the next. In this way, both open-jaw and ring spanners will always firmly hug the fastener head – for excellent power-lock. More robust. When force is applied to a spanner, the greatest force acts on the area between the jaw and the shank, which is why STAHLWILLE spanners are reinforced at this point. The special design makes the load zones more resilient, which reduces the risk of breakage to a minimum.

Five new electronics pliers and cutters with two-component grips
We are pleased to present five electronics pliers and cutters for demanding work in the field of electronic and with precision mechanical parts and components as new additions to the Stahlwille range. Specifically, these are side-cutters for electronics, mini side-cutters with a smaller-format cutting head, end cutting nippers and oblique cutters, each with chamfered tips and polished heads. The range is complemented by snipe nose pliers for electronics. Also known as electronic long-nose pliers, this version is used for gripping, guiding and positioning delicate components. All these new tools are fitted with green-and-black, oil-resistant two-component grips. Their ergonomic shape and the combination of hard green and soft black components offer the best conditions for controlled handling in all conditions. Together with the optimised cutting geometry, they reduce the amount of force required and improve the cutting action for uncompromisingly clean cuts. The slim pliers heads, especially of the mini side-cutters, make it easy to access parts in awkward working environments. The design of the pliers with a box joint ensures maximum precision and a long service life. The assembly process involves one leg of the pliers being inserted in the slotted second leg. The cutting edges are induction-hardened to 62 HRC. All the new pliers have a joint with a double leaf spring that ensures particularly soft, smooth action. The nippers are DIN ISO 9654 compliant. The snipe-nose pliers comply with DIN ISO 9655. The five new electronics pliers and cutters are offered by Stahlwille individually and also as a convenient set in a TCS inlay. This ensures a quick overview and safe storage.

New ½" telescopic ratchet
With the 516 telescopic ratchet, Stahlwille is expanding its ½" ratchet range. This new tool "Made in Germany" was developed primarily for use in the commercial vehicle sector as well as for bolt-tightening operations on industrial installations. In these environments, fasteners often have to be tightened with higher forces. The new ratchet complies with DIN 3122/ISO 3315 and is dimensioned for torques up to 512 Nm. It is therefore recommended for professional users who frequently work with high torques. Thanks to the telescopic shaft, it is particularly versatile – even in difficult spaces with limited room to move. The shaft of the ratchet can be adjusted in five steps from 410 mm to 630 mm, where each step is 55 mm. The variable length opens up additional application possibilities where the use of a ratchet is not normally possible or only possible to a limited extent. The extension action is fast and safe thanks to the slide bearings and endstop protection. The length is conveniently adjusted by means of a rocker at the front end of the shaft. The ratchet drive is tested in compliance with DIN, has 36 teeth and transmits high tightening forces of up to 512 Nm absolutely reliably to screws and nuts. The change-over switch for right and left rotation is located on the top of the head in a slight recess. Accidental change-over, for example when coming into contact with components, is thus prevented. The ½" square drive can be fitted with all the usual sockets and bits. The two-component convex handle of the 516 telescopic ratchet fits snugly in the hand – an important prerequisite for longer, fatigue-free work. The materials used provide a secure grip even when hands are dirty or wet. In addition, the grip components are resistant to oils, greases, brake fluids and Skydrol, a hydraulic fluid used in the aviation sector.
