Lasertek is a company specialized in the application of laser technology for metal cutting: sheet metal, tubes and 3D parts. In addition, it offers other related services, such as laser engraving, sheet metal bending, special welding, bolt insert, threading, countersinking and slitting.

Metal Sheet Laser Cutting
Laser technology has revolutionized the industrial sector, providing greater quality, precision and speed in cutting metals of the most diverse characteristics. Lasertek has become a reference and promoter of this technology, and currently we have extensive experience in laser cutting, with clients ranging from the automotive sector to corporate image. The latest generation machinery is one of the great assets that have catapulted us to leadership positions. Currently, we have: 3 TRUMPF TCL 5030 laser cutting centers with 10 KW , ideal for cutting sheet metal with a maximum format of 1,500 mm x 3,000 mm, 25mm in carbon steel and 30mm in aluminum. We also make holes smaller than the thickness of the sheet. We also cut copper or brass in thicknesses of 8mm Coming soon! TruLaser 5030 Trudisc 24001 fiber (24 kW).

Tube laser cutting
We have 3 tube cutting centers, ensuring the peace of mind of our customers in the delivery of their orders. Laser tube cutting has transformed the industry. Thanks to this technology, at Lasertek we provide the components to manufacture frames with elements that fit perfectly together, or with folds at angles to save welding and tooling, and not having to review the parts after assembly. We have an ND:YAG laser technology machine. Thanks to this advance, the laser beam generated is guided by optical fiber to the cutting head of our ADIGE tube cutting machine. On the other hand, we work with Trumpf technology and that is why we have two TrueLaserTube 5000 cutting centers, one with 2700w of CO2 and another with 2000w of fiber. We work with all types of metal tubes, of different geometries and shapes (round, rectangular, square and oval). Regarding dimensions, our machines cut stainless and aluminum tubes, and 4 mm brass and copper. Sheet metal bending
At Lasertek we cover the needs of small and medium-sized companies that require a fast, simple and affordable sheet metal folding service. We have a new state-of-the-art automated folding system Trubend Cell 7000, the fastest part folding Deula cell in the world. Automatic and faster production Automatic tool change Exact angles Specialized in medium batches and of course long series. We also put at your disposal three Trubend folding machines that work with plates up to 3 m in length and up to 130 tons, and that achieve perfect finishes when folding metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, and a Trubend 5000 series 5230, 280 Ton folding machine, with which we fold up to 4m with the possibility of thicker thicknesses. In addition, with our new electrically driven precision folding machine, greater accuracy and speed are achieved in folds, and the six axes of the stop make it easier to fold complex parts. Laser engraving
At Lasertek we use laser marking to engrave and personalize on numerous surfaces: metals, plastics, ceramics, etc. This technique is ideal for capturing your logo on countless objects. For this type of engraving work, we have TRUMPF brand machinery, equipped with the latest laser technology. A variety of this technique is called color marking, which is used to alter the color of metals in very localized areas. Laser Welding
Welding metals using different techniques is one of the additional services most valued by our clients. 3D welding Strong and clean welding; of very high quality and resistance. It does not require subsequent operations or reworking, saving valuable hours of subsequent work.
