Use of different types of materials, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, copper, nickel, magnesium and their alloys. The WAVE OS system simplifies welding operations (EASY mode); customisable based on user requirements (EXPERT mode); traceable and analysable by saving data via USB. Designed to ensure excellent results on every thickness even the thinnest, the PULSE mode (also in the EASY PULSE version) reduces material deformation ensuring high arc stability. Numerous advanced functionalities for TIG welding: THIN SPOT (DC) for precise and clean spot on thin surfaces; MIX AC-DC for heating the workpiece to be welded and preparing it for AC welding; selection of different waveforms (Sinusoidal, Square, Optimised) for AC welding according to machining needs. The WAVE OS system makes welding operations: customisable to suit customer-specific requirements; traceable and analysable, by saving data via USB; simplified, thanks to SYNERGIC adjustment of parameters. MIG-MAG/FLUX/BRAZING/MMA/TIG DC-Lift multiprocess inverter welding machine with external wire feeder with 4 rolls. Flexible use with different materials (steel, stainless steel, high strength steel, aluminium, etc.) and wide variety of application fields (industry, metal structures, construction, etc.). The XD model is characterised by a high duty cycle for continuous machining and particularly heavy applications. Particularly resistant to dirt and dust thanks to the particular construction of the ventilation system which, following a dedicated tunnel, allows preservation of the electronic components, guaranteeing longer duration over time. Made in Telwin ATC technology allows you to easily achieve excellent standards of welding on thin materials thanks to state-of-the-art control of the arc.
