Manufacturing sheet metal components since 1978
We work for sectors known to have a great demand of quality, commitment and delivery time.
In our 3.800m2 premises, we perform the following services:

•Die cut, stamping, deep drawing and welding.
•Surface finishes.
•Component assembly
We also offer the possibility to manufacture prototypes and small series combining processes of stamping cut or 3D laser welding.
We collaborate technically with our clients from the beginning of the project, giving innovative solutions in order to improve the design, process, cost and quality of the component.

Products
Stamping of metal components
We have different stamping presses up to 400 tons, with a table capacity up to 1500 x 1000mm. We stamp components of all type of materials: iron, stainless steel, brass, copper, etc. We manufacture for sectors such as automotive, construction, electronic…
Deep drawing of metal components
We have different hydraulic presses up to 200 tons for the deep drawing of iron, stainless steel or aluminium components, among others. We make deep drawing of different complex shapes for any sector.
Design and construction of Dies
For Trocompsa the die design is an essential value to reach the quality levels and technical specifications of our clients. To do so, we have the last software in 3D and 2D, with which we develop all types geometries. We have technological equipment prepared to build, repair and maintain dies and tools. This activity meant, since the company creation in 1978, a guarantee to our clients as we are self-sufficient. Trocomp, sa has all the integrated process in order to give a rapid response to our clients.
