Eris is Zitu's solution for the digitization and monitoring of the production plant. Eris, born from the demands and needs of machining workshops, obtains data in real time directly from the CNC and links with the other management systems of the company (ERP, CAD/CAM), thus offering automation and a global vision of the entire production process. In this way, a tool is presented that allows to increase the availability of the machines as well as the OEE.

ERIS
ERIS is a software for the digitization of machining workshops developed by ZITU. ERIS obtains the data directly from the CNC and links with the company's management systems (ERP, CAD/CAM), offering a global vision of the entire production process. ERIS transforms the data obtained into information, displaying them graphically and intuitively providing different tools to manage all the information generated with the aim of increasing the productivity of the machines. IMPROVE YOUR OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) ERIS calculates the OEE in real time based on the 3 fundamental parameters in industrial production: Availability, Performance and Quality. With ERIS you will be able to identify the reasons for loss that negatively affect the OEE and based on that take more appropriate corrective actions. The characteristics of the OEE make it essential since it constitutes a structured and standardized way of knowing the efficiency of a process and, more important, the composition of its losses. Thanks to this, it allows to prioritize the lines of action, managing to increase efficiency, without having to increase resources.
Program VTracking
Program VTracking is a software that allows the traceability of the versions of CNC programs used for the machining of a part. Sometimes, the programs designed from the technical office are sent to the machine and subsequently modified by the operators at the machine. In many cases, the changes made are not saved, thus losing the version of the program used in the machining process. The input of the operator, who thanks to his experience and knowledge modifies the program when necessary, is not recorded. As a result, the modifications made to the program must sometimes be made again, which leads to a waste of time in carrying out a task that has already been carried out previously. Program VTracking detects when changes are made to the program and saves the program in its program repository as a new version. This solution contributes to the fulfilment of the following objectives: - Knowledge management - Traceability of program versions - Comparison between versions - Quality optimisation - Reduction of time spent on programme modification on the machine - Optimisation of the production process
