A clear view and excellent grinding results!

Advantages: Users can ensure an optimal contact angle based on the sparks in the middle of the viewing pane. Much more ergonomic than a grinding wheel as noise and vibrations are significantly reduced. Glass fibre reinforced plastic backer guarantees use that is as robust and safe as with a grinding wheel. The ultimate in aggressive performance for the fastest work progress. In contrast to flap discs, it can achieve flat surfaces thanks to its dimensional stability. In contrast to fibre discs, CC-GRIND VIEW does not deform, even under extreme climatic conditions, and is considerably more robust in heavy-duty use. Thanks to the adapted geometry, the use of a special clamping flange set is not necessary. Recommendations for use: For optimum results, use with a flat contact angle. Only use the face of the disc, not suitable for peripheral grinding.

Construx uses Tele Radio systems at the construction of a new Rotterdam tank terminal

Construx is one of Europe’s leading mould makers for precast plants and on site use. Throughout the years the Construx team learned to be creative and innovative. In the very competitive West European market you can only stand out if you are creative, and that is exactly what the Construx crew is good at. They are not a company with high-brow declarations but they are truly convinced that working together with Construx is as choosing for a partnership based on audacity, expertise, quality and flexibility. For some of the automated precast moulds that Construx produces a Tele Radio remote control is incorporated, since this ensures safety, freedom of movement and speed in the procedures. The choice for the Tele Radio Panther remote system was made because these have a safety function, they are easy to use and install, and programmable according to the specific needs of Construx. Wouter Van deputte: ‘In comparison to the other brands that we have used before Tele Radio provides ease of installation because we can adjust settings of the remote on site with our laptops through USB connection. That really gives us the flexibility we need!’ The HES HARTEL tank terminal The images are taken at the Port of Rotterdam where a 1,200 m deep see wall and a 1,000 m quay wall is constructed with Construx precast moulds that are operated a wireless Tele Radio remote control. The project started beginning of 2018. To get an impression of the project, there are 50 segments that combine the deep see wall. Each segment exists of 150 tons of concrete iron and 1,040 cubic meter of concrete, transported by more than 100 trucks. At the construction site of 27 hectares there will be 52 tanks for storage and transfer of oil products and bio fules by the end of 2021. The total capacity is around 1.3 million cubic meters.

    6. Fieldbus systems and wireless control

The current trend in industrial plant automation is the replacement of traditional control schemes, where each device has its own control wiring, with bus systems that link multiple devices using the same cable. One of the advantages of a communication bus is that it requires fewer wires and cables to connect the various devices to their controllers. One of the most popular and widely used communication buses is Fieldbus. Fieldbus includes two different protocols to meet the specific needs of an automated manufacturing environment. Both use different physical media and communication speeds. The first protocol is H1, which operates at 31.25 Kbps and typically allows connection to field devices (sensors, actuators, valves, control lights, I/O devices, etc.), and also enables bidirectional communication between the devices and a controller. H1 provides communication and power capabilities over a two-wire system. The second protocol is called HSE (High-Speed Ethernet). It operates at 100 Mb/s and typically allows the connection of high-speed controllers such as PLCs, various H1 subsystems (via a link device), data servers, and workstations. At Tele Radio, we offer a wide range of systems with fieldbus protocols. This protocol reduces the likelihood of failures, ensures cost savings, and is extremely flexible. These advantages are further enhanced by rapid installation, standardization, and integration into machines and systems. The protocols are integrated into everything from the simplest, smallest receivers with just a fieldbus connection to the most complex receivers, combined with the safety of relays and SIL3 standard certifications.
