At R&G Metal Shaping, we have a production plant dedicated exclusively to stainless steel: a space designed to ensure precision, cleanliness and control at every stage of the process. This specialisation allows us to work with the material in a segregated environment, preventing any risk of contamination with other metals and ensuring reliable results, both technically and aesthetically.

Stainless steel is a key material in sectors where hygiene, corrosion resistance and traceability are essential. That is why our plant is designed to meet the demands of highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, aerospace and defence. In these sectors, material quality and process safety are not optional: they are essential.

Within this plant, we carry out metal transformation processes using TIG and MIG welding stations, as well as laser welding technology for high-precision work with minimal thermal distortion. Our technical team follows a rigorous methodology focused on delivering solutions tailored to each project, from complex parts to short production runs with tight deadlines.

The quality we provide is backed by internationally recognised certifications. We work according to EN 1090 and ISO 3834 standards, which certify the control of our manufacturing and welding processes, and our products carry CE marking, guaranteeing compliance with European safety and performance requirements.
