R&G Metal Shaping visits Amada’s factories in Japan to see the latest innovations in metal processing first-hand and strengthen its commitment to quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.

R&G Metal Shaping’s visit to Amada’s factories in Japan was a unique opportunity to gain first-hand insight into some of the most advanced technologies used in metal processing. During the trip, our team visited the Fujinomiya Plant and the Amada Forum, two internationally recognised centres for innovation, precision and industrial automation.

At the Fujinomiya Plant, we were able to observe Amada’s machinery manufacturing processes up close, particularly in areas such as laser cutting, CNC bending and welding technologies. Seeing the level of detail, control and technical excellence behind these machines allowed us to expand our knowledge and reinforce our commitment to excellence at every stage of production.

The experience continued at the Amada Forum, a demonstration centre where we discovered advanced solutions for the metal forming industry. Through technical demonstrations and seminars, we gained a deeper understanding of Industry 4.0, production efficiency, quality and sustainability in industrial processes.
