Our steel washers are made from high-quality steel and undergo a special heat treatment to ensure secure and reliable fastening. They are particularly useful when the material on the back side of the application is soft or brittle, such as wood or plastic, or when the hole on the rear side is oversized. They provide a quick and effective solution for rivet installation in soft materials, as long as there is access to both sides of the application. These washers are ideal for cases where the rear hole is too large, offering a wide contact surface that evenly distributes clamping force. They are also very practical for repairs or when replacing rivets in applications where the existing holes have a larger diameter.

EPDM washers are designed to enhance the sealing performance of rivets and closed-end nuts. They can be easily positioned between the fastener head and the surface, ensuring a watertight seal for rivets and rivet nuts. Their installation is quick and simple, and they are suitable for applications with access from both sides. Available in a wide range of diameters, from 3.2 mm to 5.0 mm, they adapt easily to various assembly requirements.

The welding cell is a fully equipped machine tool, tested by the Technical Supervisory Association (TÜV) and certified with CE. This includes an exhaust system, housing with anti-glare protection and safety equipment in line with TRUMPF standards. You can launch, program and operate the welding cell with very little training - video tutorials will do the job. You can utilize the welding cell in one- or two-station operation, depending on the component and lot size. This means, for example, that you can either process a larger component or smaller components in larger batches parallel to production.
