Large size GFRP components infusion
In 1994, INPRE composites began its activity in the wind sector, manufacturing GFRP nacelle covers for wind turbine manufacturers. Starting from the client's 3D model, INPRE composites is responsible for manufacturing the necessary moulds. The manufacturing process consists of applying the different layers of fiberglass and later, through a process of infusion of polyester resin, the final piece is created. The evolution that the wind sector has undergone is unquestionable, the first wind turbines generated a power of less than 1 MW, today the new models have a power greater than 5MW. This has caused the size to increase considerably and is a challenge in the manufacture of these components. INPRE Composites has accompanied the large OEMs in the supply of these parts and is specialized in the manufacture of large molds and infusion parts, which can be more than 15 m long and weigh more than 500 kg. This same know-how is applied to components from other sectors such as components for buses, trains, ships, etc.

LARGE-SCALE TREATMENTS
Large-scale stainless steel treatments are designed to decontaminate, condition and prepare industrial equipment for highly demanding applications. Through processes such as electropolishing, pickling and passivation, clean, uniform and corrosion-resistant surfaces are obtained, suitable for sectors such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, cosmetic and industrial applications. At AUJOR, these treatments are carried out on tanks, reactors, autoclaves, agitators, mixers, heat exchangers, tankers, silos and industrial piping systems, both at our facilities and on site. Each project is performed with technical control, compliance with international standards and final documentation of processes and results, ensuring traceability, safety and quality in critical applications.

Laser cutting
Since the beginning, laser cutting has become one of the key strengths of our in-house production, allowing us to respond with efficiency and precision to our customers’ requirements. We work daily with a wide range of metal sheets from leading suppliers, focusing on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. For this reason, we have invested in TRUMPF® laser cutting technology, renowned for its innovation and high performance. We currently operate two machines with power ratings of 3 kW and 12 kW, capable of cutting steel up to 30 mm thick, and stainless steel or aluminium up to 35 mm. Our six highly skilled teams, working in shifts, ensure a cutting service operating 24 hours a day, five days a week.

LASER CUTTING
Equipped with TRUMPF CO2 laser cutting technology, this offers high productivity and flexibility. It is very suitable for cutting small pieces from fine metal panels. It can make high quality cuts including perforations and very small pieces in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium plate. Laser making We have five machines, some of which are equipped with a bevel head for making interior and exterior chamfered edges, in both straight and curved pieces. It also includes a system for laser marking. Laser cutting of large panels Equipped with the latest in solid state laser cutting technology “YAG” by TRUMPF, we offer our clients precision cutting and finishing at very competitive prices. This type of compact solid state laser generates a laser beam which is guided to the machining position via optical fibre cable; with 6600 watts of power and a bench measuring 16 metres, you can cut considerable thicknesses in the most challenging working conditions, with best results in materials which are highly reflective and have increased thermal conductivity such as aluminium and copper, and is especially recommended for cutting large and thick pieces which require very fine edges.

Laser Cutting for Metal
We offer high-precision laser cutting for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass, handling all shapes and thicknesses. Our state-of-the-art fiber laser machines — two AMADA units (9 kW and 4 kW) — cut sheets up to 4,000 x 2,000 mm and 30 mm thick. The process delivers clean, fast, contact-free cuts, ideal for technical or complex parts. An integrated smart storage system streamlines loading and unloading, adding speed and flexibility to production.
