The Bralo BM-92 is a lever-operated riveter designed for professional use, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. It is particularly well-suited for situations where there is limited space for the operator to maneuver. The main body, levers, and anchor points are made from high-quality steel, ensuring strength and long-lasting durability. Its extended length (440 mm) makes it especially practical for working in narrow or hard-to-reach areas. Only one of the levers is movable, allowing for easier operation in tight spaces. The tool also includes a dedicated compartment for storing the nozzle set.

    2. Manual Section Benders Machines - MAM Series

Manual Section Benders Machines - MAM Series

The manual profile bending machines of the MAM series fully developed by AMOB feature manual adjustment and are the entry level equipment to the world's largest range of profile benders. These profile bending machines are simple, compact, extremely easy to operate and economical, which makes it possible to bend a wide variety of profiles, depending on the work to be done or the available space, they can work in a horizontal or vertical position. The adjustment of the top roll is manual, and its position is guaranteed using a scale. The positioning stability of the top roll is ensured by a lock nut. The MAM series features models with two or three driven rolls with two rotational speeds, the choice depending on the radius and profile to be performed. Perfect for simpler products and small quantities, these bending machines with lateral guides are capable of powering various industries.

Ergonomic PEM-X1 Gun Lightweight, with a high-performance cascade that maintains a stable voltage up to 100 kV. Offers three charging curves to adapt to different powders and ensure efficient coating. Robust and Practical Design Simple assembly with pre-assembled components. The sturdy cart with electric vibrating table allows for safe and compact operation in any environment.

    4. Manual Stamping

      Manual Stamping

Manual Stamping: The part price is high but has very low tooling costs. The metal stamping consists of a process of machining without starting of shaving where the steel sheet is cut by means of presses for the achievement of certain metallic pieces. For this in the presses the dies are placed with the necessary operations. The basic elements of a die are the punch having the shape and dimensions of the hole to be made, and the cutting die whereby the die is inserted when it is forcefully driven by the power provided by the press through a Eccentric drive that generates a dry and forceful blow on the sheet, producing a clean cut of the same

    5. Manual welding

      Manual welding

We perform TIG, MIG and MMA welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and titanium, tailored to each project’s specifications. Our certified team of welders handles both fine, delicate work and heavier structures. We are TÜV Rheinland certified under EN1090-1, EN1090-2, EN1090-3 and ISO 3834, allowing us to produce and certify CE-marked welded assemblies. This method is ideal for short runs or one-off parts requiring custom adjustments and visual control.

    9. Manufacturing Quality Pack

      Manufacturing Quality Pack
