Orbital facing DC65-MA Diameter ø3 - ø63.5mm Orbital facing machine : portable, lightweight and designed to be used on site as well as in the workshop. Tube facing consists in bringing the end of a tube or an accessory into conformity and acts on 3 aspects: the perpendicularity of the tube face (maintenance) - the surface state of the face - a length adjustment. Burfree facing, the chip unrolls towards the outside of the tube. Perfect preparation for thin tubes before orbital welding.

Orbital Micro-Fitting SXMF
The Micro-fitting Series has been designed to weld small diameters tubing and fittings mainly in the semiconductor industry. This head is a cassette system which allows first to position the parts to be welded in the cassette that is a clamping feature. Once centered and positioned correctly, the welding head is slided in the cassette to correctly position the electrode to the surface to be welded. The cassette combinations are multiple depending on the type of parts to be welded, tube-tube, tube-union elbow, union elbow-union elbow for example.
