Metrolog
Metrolog X4 is a universal 3D metrology and inspection software designed to optimize the entire quality control process, from data acquisition to analysis and report generation. It allows for the measurement, inspection, and analysis of parts with high precision, integrating measurement scheduling, dimensional control, and automated report creation into a single platform. One of its main advantages is its universal compatibility, as it can work with virtually any 3D measurement equipment, such as coordinate measuring machines, articulated arms, laser trackers, and scanning systems, in addition to accepting multiple industrial CAD formats. This allows for the unification of measurement processes in a single environment, regardless of the hardware used. The software also stands out for its high performance thanks to its 64-bit architecture, which allows it to handle large volumes of information, such as complex CAD files and dense point clouds, ensuring speed without compromising accuracy. Metrolog X4 boosts productivity by automating inspections, reducing scheduling times, and optimizing measurement paths. Furthermore, it integrates advanced geometric and dimensional tolerance (GD&T) analysis tools, ensuring reliable and repeatable results according to international standards. It also offers powerful 3D scan analysis capabilities, enabling the detection of deviations and the reduction of production errors. Real-time, customized report generation facilitates results communication and decision-making. Thanks to its versatility, accuracy, and integration capabilities, Metrolog X4 is a leading solution in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing.

MFL - Fiber Laser
MFL are CNC thermal cutting machines of Motofil, which are used for the process of 2D laser cutting for metal sheet plates of various formats. With the fiber laser technology, it could be cut metals such as the mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper, with thicknesses until 25mm. The system of dynamic analysis of vectors allows the machines to be able to cut complex shapes and smooth curves, in a quick way, without interrupting the process or without decelerate the movement.

MFL Automation - Loading/Unloading System
Fast and compact loading and unloading unit. While the suction cups are loading the metal sheets to the cutting shuttle, the fork system is unloading the cut parts. For more information: https://grupomotofil.com/en/cutting/mfl/

mGrip Finger Grippers
Finger grippers for direct contact with food products, for example when transferring products to trays or for quality control (e.g. baked goods, fruit and vegetables, meat and fish) Handling delicate organic products with different shapes and properties, such as chicken thighs or apples Fast picking of hard-to-grip workpieces in food processing, such as croissants or bagels Use in logistics for picking small parts in packaging such as nets or bags Small workpieces such as nuts can be handled as the modular design enables the configuration of compact grippers

MHSU
Schröder's MHSU motorized shear has been designed for cutting sheet metal and plastics. This shearing machine allows precise cuts for mass production without any difficulties. The MHSU is the base model of Schröder's motorized shears, a small and compact machine, perfect for carrying out a large number of tasks thanks to the wide variety of equipment options available. Schröder's long experience in the design and manufacture of this type of machinery is reflected in the technology and design of the MHSU shear, capable of cutting almost any material and other non-metallic materials. Thanks to the new design techniques implemented, Schröder offers a motorized shear that incorporates the best cutting-edge technology.
