      Manufacturing Quality Pack es una solución de software diseñada para cerrar el ciclo de calidad en fabricación, conectando directamente los datos de medición con los procesos de mecanizado. Permite transformar la información obtenida por sistemas de medición en acciones concretas sobre máquinas CNC, reduciendo la desconexión tradicional entre inspección y producción. Su objetivo principal es mejorar la calidad y la eficiencia en la fabricación, permitiendo anticipar problemas, corregir desviaciones de forma rápida y comprender sus causas de manera precisa. Gracias a este enfoque, se reducen los tiempos de industrialización, los retrabajos y los desperdicios, al tiempo que se mejora la toma de decisiones basada en datos reales. El paquete se basa en tres capacidades principales. En primer lugar, permite anticipar posibles problemas mediante la simulación de deformaciones directamente sobre el modelo CAD, validando estrategias de mecanizado y tolerancias antes de fabricar la pieza. En segundo lugar, convierte automáticamente los resultados de inspección en correcciones exactas para máquinas CNC, eliminando cálculos manuales y reduciendo los ciclos de prueba y error. Por último, proporciona un análisis detallado de las desviaciones, descomponiéndolas en factores como forma, tamaño, orientación y posición, lo que facilita identificar las causas raíz de los problemas. Gracias a estas funcionalidades, el Manufacturing Quality Pack reduce los bucles de corrección, mejora la precisión del proceso y permite a los equipos de producción trabajar de forma más eficiente y coordinada.
