In a 2 month period, EGA Master has designed, developed, manufactured and installed 14 flexible and mobile workstations for the AIRBUS A350 door assembly line. The solution included an RFID based solution that together with a laser detection mechanism eliminates any error in the selection of tooling used during the manufacturing process.

As early as 1995, the founders of SMS Maschinenbau GmbH recognized the far-reaching trend for the implementation of control technology for machine tools. With their countersunk grip, these snap locks are designed for flush installation in doors, hatches and covers. Available in two different sizes for different door leaf thicknesses. Bralo Soft Material Rivets are breaking-mandrel blind rivets. Their mandrel controlled force makes them ideal for the fastening of soft or brittle materials. They provide excellent torque values and are available in a 3.5 Aluminium / Magnesium alloy that increases their tensile and shear strengths.

For applications with special requirements we also offer bellows made of Soft PVC, rubber disks or coated fabrics. Soft PVC bellows are resistant to oil, alkali and acid as well as water and dust. As molded parts for the economic production, a minimum quantity must be manufactured or an appropriate form must exist. Rubber disk bellows are of the highest quality and visually the most attractive protective covers for pistons and spindles. They are completely leak proof. Since each rubber disk lies flat on the other, excellent compression dimensions are achieved. Rubber Fabric bellows are recommended for use if bellows are especially subject to heavy wear, high pressure conditions or high temperatures up to 200°C.
