The water cutting system used by CMO is an advanced cutting system that achieves a unique cutting capacity in a multitude of materials and thicknesses. We have 2 machines with which we perform a cold cut that does not produce deformations or alterations of the material due to cutting. 3500 Cutting speed (Km / h)

MODERN CUTTING TECHNOLOGY TAILORED TO YOUR PROJECT In order to provide our customers with the most modern cutting services on the market, we have invested in state-of-the-art equipment namely waterjet cutting equipment, and currently we have a set of 5-axis waterjet cutting machines with cutting capacity up to 6000x2000x200 mm and with an accuracy of approximately ± 0.1 mm (depending on the material). This installed capacity of cutting service enables: an output increase of produced parts production of bigger sized parts production of parts of increased complexity.

Waterjet cutting is the most versatile of all the cutting technologies and allows you to cut almost any material without heat, as we commonly see in the other technologies. At MicroStep Spain we have waterjet cutting systems for almost every need you may have in the industry.
