At Plasnor, we manufacture custom-made plastic sheets and plates in a variety of dimensions, colors, textures, and finishes (matte, gloss, embossed, or decorative) tailored to each application. We work with styrenic materials (PS, ABS, ABS/PMMA, PS/PE blends), as well as FR and multilayer solutions for technical applications. We also incorporate recycled and recyclable materials, contributing to more sustainable processes. TAV DUAL CHAMBER - LOW PRESSURE CARBURIZING AND GAS QUENCHING VACUUM FURNACE
TAV DUAL CHAMBER furnace is configured to perform vacuum heat treatments with fast quenching as well as LPC processes. The furnace is equipped with a graphite-insulated hot zone and a cold chamber for inert gas quenching up to 20 bar abs, to perform faster and more effective cycles with significant reduction in energy consumption: up to 40% (compared to a single chamber vacuum furnace). It is the ideal solution to enhance mechanical properties for a wide range of treated materials, eliminating further post cleaning after heat treatment.
