The Assfalg Battery Electro-Permanent Lifting Magnetic Beam EPMBL has a compact design. Due to the integrated rechargeable battery box, a power connection is no longer required. The EPM Battery Magnetic Lifting Beam is operated by remote control. The load lifting beam with a max. load of 1,500 kg is equipped with magnetic modules and can thus safely move sheet metal formats from a minimum length of 500 mm to a maximum length of 4,000 mm.

The Elift is a manually activated permanent load lifting magnet. It can be used universally, is durable and extremely affordable.
The unmistakable advantages of the load lifting magnets Elift from Assfalg are economy and fast handling. The hand-operated permanent load lifting magnet is the perfect and fully developed solution for moving all ferromagnetic materials in an efficient, safe and reliable way. Usage during lifting and transportation includes a variety of flat and round workpieces, from pre-processed materials to raw material. The JACOB magnetic separator
The JACOB magnetic separator extracts ferrous contaminants quickly and easily from free-flowing bulk materials and exhaust air with low conveying pressure. It can be applied in any industry where ferrous metal needs to be separated from the product flow. One such application is when downstream machinery needs to be protected, for example in plant engineering or in the plastics industry. Another application is the safe production of food products such as flour or sugar. • Strong magnets – up to nine neodymium tubes separate even the smallest ferrous particles from bulk and exhaust air. Max. magnetic induction (G) – on the surface of tube (+ / -10 %): 10,000 Gauss. • Compact and robust – consisting of multiple magnetic tubes that are protected by a stainless-steel cover, a T-piece and a pull-ring connection with a detectable design seal. • Easy to clean – pull the separator from the pipework system, remove the magnets from the cover, and all ferrous pieces and particles will simply fall off the cover surface. • Increased food safety – combine the magnetic separator with sealings from the JACOB DETECTABLE DESIGN line.

The electropermanent battery lifting magnet SBs are top products from ASSFALG in the 200kg | 500kg | 950kg load range for flat material. Round material can be lifted with up to 50kg | 200kg | 400kg. They combine the advantages of permanent load lifting magnets with those from electro load lifting magnets. Through electrical impulses within seconds, the electropermanent battery lifting magnets SB200 | SB500 | SB950 from ASSFALG can be automatically or manually switched with the push of a button. Even though no electricity is present during the load transportation, the workpiece is clamped as securely as it would be with permanent load lifting magnets. Approximately 1,000 ON/OFF switch cycles are possible until the integrated batteries must be recharged through a simple power connection. The electropermanent battery lifting magnets SB200 | SB500 | SB950 can be used in single mode as well as on magnet traverses and is an interesting alternative for 3-shift operation. The automatic mode allows for contactless switching. A switch process is generated each time the magnets are added and the crane eyelet relieved and the magnet switches on or off. It is no longer necessary to bend or climb machine tables. Together with the optionally available positioning drawbar, workpieces can be picked up, guided and placed down accurately.
