Ring Rolling - FORJA
Through Ring Rolling, we can optimize issue weight to make it almost equal to the final weight. Ring Rolling is mainly used for parts with a long interior hole that would mean a considerable loss by other technologies. This way, we can assure great savings by avoiding machining (and losing material) after forging process. In metalworking, rolling is a metal forming process in which metal stock is passed through one or more pairs of rolls to reduce the thickness and to make the thickness uniform with a bigger diametre. Applications of this process could be ball and roll bearing collars, Steel rims of railway wheels, tube belts, pressure recipients, rotary machines,.. Besides material reduction, Ring Rolling allows shaped walls along with mechanical advantages such as hardening through cold process.

Robotic Milling Cells
Robotic arm milling is a versatile and cost-effective manufacturing process that offers flexibility and precision. It surpasses traditional CNC milling in adaptability, as robotic arms can handle a wide variety of workpieces and complex milling tasks with ease, making it an ideal choice for diverse applications and smaller production runs. A key advantage of robotic arm milling is the ability to perform complex, multi-axis milling tasks effortlessly. Robotic arms can reach hard-to-access areas, for example using linear rails, and carry out tasks that might be challenging for traditional CNC machines. Additionally, robotic arm milling is often more cost-effective for small to medium-scale production.

Robotic welding
Automating the welding process allows us to deliver high speed, precision and repeatability in medium to large production runs. We use a state-of-the-art FANUC robot with a 1,200 mm rotary table and MIG setup, ideal for consistent welds and excellent finishes. We are TÜV Rheinland certified under EN1090-1, EN1090-2, EN1090-3 and ISO 3834, which enables us to produce CE-marked welded assemblies. A perfect solution for demanding projects in terms of productivity and quality.
