      THERMOFLUOR® heat exchangers

      THERMOFLUOR® heat exchangers are manufactured with fluorinated plastics of virtually universal chemical resistance with which we produce not only its structure, but also the spiral tubes with their wall thicknesses optimized to maximize the heat exchange ratio of the application. • Operation by immersion in the bath, with external connection to the cooling or heating fluid. • Applications in bath heating or cooling for metal processing, pickling, chrome plating, nickel plating, phosphate, chemical processing, gas cooling, etc. FEATURES: • Thermal resistance from -190°C up to +260°C. • Practically inert to corrosion. • Not aging. • Working with steam at maximum pressure of 5 bar and 150°C in water or oil, as well as with cold water or other refrigerants. • Fouling resistance: easy cleaning. • Speed and turbulence acquired by the fluid in the tube optimizes the heat exchange ratio and prevents sediment formation, plugs, etc. GUARANTEE: • Our exchangers are guaranteed for a one-year period against manufacturing defects.

      Thermoformed parts

      At Plasnor's thermoforming division, we develop custom-made technical thermoformed parts, supporting our clients from co-design and product engineering through prototyping, mold making, and series production. We manufacture components and subassemblies in technical thermoplastic materials (ABS, PS, PP, PE, PMMA, and multilayer solutions), including options with recycled and recyclable materials, optimized according to mechanical, thermal, aesthetic, and regulatory (FR) requirements. We design solutions that reduce weight, material consumption, and logistics costs, contributing to more sustainable processes. We produce fairings, protective elements, trim pieces, bumpers, and transport trays, as well as large-format parts (up to 3,000 x 2,000 x 900 mm) for sectors such as automotive, electric vehicles, transportation (bus and rail), motorhomes, logistics, and industry.

      Thermoformed parts for the agricultural sector

      At Plasnor, we manufacture thermoformed parts for the agricultural sector, for machinery and equipment operating under demanding conditions. Custom-made from materials such as ABS, PP, or ABS/PMMA multilayer solutions, our products offer strength, lightness, and durability. We produce hoods, roofs, dashboards, covers, and protective elements. We incorporate recycled and recyclable materials, reducing weight, costs, and maintenance. We collaborate on co-design to optimize functionality and efficiency.

    4. Tidal blades

      Tidal blades

      As a result of the NEMMO project (www.nemmo.eu), INPRE composites has specialized in the manufacture of tidal blades. These blades have a specific geometry to withstand the extreme conditions of underwater operation. Although their dimensions are smaller than those of a wind blade, the manufacturing has similar characteristics of complexity in terms of thickness and strength and quality requirements. Additionally, we are working on the development of manufacturing processes with recyclable materials to improve sustainability and carbon footprint.
