E-coat systems
Maximum corrosion protection, comprehensive coverage and industrial repeatability.
This branch of liquid paint application systems is based on the principle of electrochemistry. These types of facilities provide two advantages in relation to the systems described above:
1) They ensure a homogeneous micron coating in the entire surface of the piece (both in the exterior and interior), controllable by adjusting the application of DC power.
2) They ensure the typical corrosion resistance levels required by the automotive industry for chassis and body-in-white.
Based on the nature of the paint used and the substrate type, there are three differentiated systems: Cataphoresis, anaphoresis and electrophoresis (without application of electrical current).
