Solutions that minimize the environmental impact of painting lines

Regarding the treatment of gaseous waste, they are generally managed through incineration. Cabycal manages this waste with different systems depending on its flow:
• The large airflows are managed by Zeolite wheel (RZEOL) getting a high concentration of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in a lower air flow that it is brought to the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO).
• The middle and low concentrations are treated with RTO and Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer (RCO).
