Mazak | OPTIPLEX NEO

The OPTIPLEX NEO is a 2D fiber laser cutting system equipped with technology that allows for greater control of the beam shape and diameter. Available in power levels of 20 kW, 15 kW, 10 kW, 7 kW, and 4 kW, the NEO features next-generation variable beam fiber laser technology, achieving high-speed, high-quality cutting. The result is optimal laser cutting performance across a wide range of materials.

The large front and side access doors provide full-width and length openings, minimizing restrictions in the workspace and making it easier for operators to load material into the machine and unload finished parts.

The new CNC MAZATROL SmoothLx control system features a large 21.5” touchscreen and dual monitors, allowing for multiple applications to run simultaneously. Additionally, the CNC control rotates, providing operators with the flexibility to work from the front or side of the machine.

The OPTIPLEX NEO from Mazak is equipped with numerous intelligent features, including a nozzle changer, a nozzle centering camera, and camera-assisted nesting. These smart machine functions leverage innovative technology to assist operators and ensure maximum machine performance.
