New Southco E3 Compact

Southco expands its successful line of E3 VISE ACTION® pressure seals with a compact version especially indicated for applications with limited space.

With a robust and light construction, the body allow a minimum intrusion in the panel. On the other hand, the version between a fixed grip closure that guarantees a consistent preset compression while we can also opt for references with adjustable thickness, more versatile.

Manufactured in different finishes ranging from zinc alloy and galvanized steel to stainless steel 316, these E3 closures are prepared for the most demanding applications and environments. In this way, they comply with the European standard of fire resistance EN45545, as well as the NEMA 4 and IP65 regulations for sealing against dust and water.

As usual in the Southco E3 series, the compact version provides the features that best characterize these pressure closures: wide variety of thicknesses and heads to increase safety, compression that reduces vibrations in applications exposed to rattle ... In addition, having the same assembly, it is fully compatible with the installation holes of the rest of the range.

Their strength and versatility make these locks an ideal solution for reduced environments in sectors such as rail, the nautical sector, road transport and agricultural vehicles, aeronautics, or industrial machinery.
