This profiling line is designed for the continuous and automatic production of blinds slats. The line starts from a coil of 0.25 mm thick aluminium strip, and continues with a roll forming process, polyurethane foam filling, cutting, grooving, slat crimping and evacuation. All at a speed of up to 60 m/min.
