Samylabs Alba 300

The Samylabs 3D printer uses powder bed fusion, a leading technology for manufacturing precision metal objects with complex geometries, producing final parts with excellent mechanical properties.

The Alba 300, a metal 3D printer developed by Samylabs, is capable of manufacturing parts that are impossible to produce using other techniques, as it allows for the creation of support and filler structures, or the ability to manipulate the density of the material while avoiding internal pores.

The Samylabs 3D printer works with three materials: stainless steel (A316L), tool steel (C300), and Inconel (IN718). It also facilitates the creation of lightweight objects and reduces the number of components required to be manufactured.
